I’m gonna get @taylorswift to notice my existence!
Hi friends and fellow switfies!! I wanna start a “train” that’s probably been done before, but I want to know everyone’s story of how they discovered @taylorswift you can write a sentence, paragraphs, a novel, anything you want!! Just hashtag it #ItsMyTaylorStory (get it? Like ‘love story’ but Taylor... hahaha)
Okay! So. I’m 20 years old, I’ve loved @taylorswift since I was roughly 6-7 years old. My mom always had the radio on the country station so of course “Tim McGraw” and “Teardrops on my guitar” were popular! So my mom, twin sister and I were instantly were fans!
I remember my grandma, she lives in North Carolina, she sent us the fearless album as a gift. She wrote “I think track number 5 is a sweet one, ‘white horse ‘ must be a love song” (lol right, more like rip your heart out and cry on the floor!) ANYWAYS. We put the CD in our car and I don’t ever remember taking it out until... Speak Now.
Speak Now was like a whole new level of listening to it non stop. What happen was, my mom had a fairly old car, the radio would never work but Speak Now was stuck inside the CD player. This thing wouldn’t come out, it actually would hardly start unless you rapidly pressed the forward button and the on button like a freakin’ psychopath. And if THAT didn’t work we would take my moms sunglasses and use the stick end to poke and stab the CD player until we could get the CD to start. (I know that was probably WAY over detailed but I think it was really important to say)
So now it’s kinda tradition of ours since now most cars have Bluetooth and AUX cords, that we leave Taylor’s recent album inside the CD player of whatever car we have. So Red, 1989, and now Reputation has had their fair share of being “stuck” inside of our car.
This made me tear up a little "This makes me so happy 😭💖 #shakeitoff #TaylorSwiftRemix #taylorswiftdancing #TaylorSwiftEdit #taylorswift"
