I have a brand new BP headcanon because of this guy (and the context in this skit). For the purpose of this post, I'll use him as a face claim for an OC. ((Please forgive me, y'all!))

Headcanon Below...
Erik "Killmonger" Stevens may be buried in the ocean, but Wakanda has absolutely no idea he's left an additional legacy behind...
His eldest son, Felix Damonte Stevens, was also at the top of his class throughout his childhood and teenage years. On a college field trip (during his Sophomore year in Biochemistry), Wakanda has already opened its borders to the world.
Felix took a keen interest in water. It's a strange obsession his mother identified in him at a young age. If that's not enough, Felix took a dive in the ocean where his late father is. Two of his peers were concerned about his safety when he didn't return to the surface.
"I was thirteen when I stopped receiving letters from my Baba," he says. "I know where he's buried. Let me see what my ancestors have to offer."
Shuri and the scientists came to the conclusion that he acquired some of the purple heart shaped herb powers. As a safety precaution, the ocean was fenced off to the public with a gigantic, impenetrable shield.
Today, the Wakandans join forces with The Avengers to find Felix. Even though the young man graduated with honours to his name, he became a major threat to the public.
Superpowers: Invincibility, mind manipulation, shapeshift (into a kitten or any wildcat of his choice - he disguised himself as Garfield in the local supermarket once), and lightning/fire abilities.
Weaknesses: Wind and gamma rays from the solar system. Anything carcinogenic erases his powers, depending on how long he's exposed to it.
Goal: To control time and space, by overthrowing governments and ultimately, grant aliens from other worlds access to planet Earth.
