#TBT1991 It was like having a tagteam partner while DJing. DJ ABE & DJ SYL rocked many parties and this was one of them at Marymount Manhattan, the college I went to. I am gonna share a part of my life that I recently found that I know that some have never seen before. 😂 I have recently connected with a few of my fellow Army brothers and sisters from Desert Storm which was 27 years ago. A video came across that I completely forgot about where we had an R&R day a few months after the war ended. Here is a piece of it. I was the unit DJ at the time and my dad was buying all of the records that were coming out at the time and recording it for me on cassette tapes which he sent to me while is was deployed. Man I was a skinny, young 20 year old just loving music and making the best of my situation. This is my skinny ass just dancing my ass off which I still love doing today. You won't see me doing no splits or back bends though. 😂😂😂. I hope you enjoy this. Shoutout to my #471sttransportationco fam who I served with during this time.
