well there is someone profiting off, your style, your paintings, your stories, your characters. Parody is one thing... fan art though. *shrug*

No...I understand...I think there's a fine line though, and I'm not sure I'd like to take up arms as some sort of guardian of it, which is maybe kinda sad? Maybe I should be more passionate about it?

no it is worry worth. People dont realize that an IP as well as screen shots, do not belong to them. Not even “your" fan art. behhh

As someone raised on Weird Al, I don't know what to think about "fan art" and selling it, but how do you tell someone, "look, what you're doing probably isn't harming anyone who cares, and I'm sure you're not trying to be a dick...but you kinda are"? I wouldn't know where to begin feeling confident enough to do that _for_ someone else. If it was my art, then sure...but yeah...
