GESPATOV K44 (Cesnapoly)

It is an area located on the fifth island, north of the NJPCC; the entire island spans approximately 82 kilometers and is designated exclusively for nuclear reactor facilities. Aside from the reactors, the only structures present are buildings and facilities such as hospitals serving public needs. It is the sole island that houses the Thermonuclear HKSS (NJPCC's largest nuclear plant) & secondary building Krasniy Rassvet SKPCC.

Getting to HKSS from here by car involved a journey of 10 km, and their work system divided into two groups: the night shift and the morning shift. The other reactor named: Krasniy Rassvet took 5 km's to reach.

Cesnapoly K44 was founded in 1977 by the INJPCCR, after they realize carrying the 10,000 reactor staff with ships is economically devastating.

It was built about 10 to 5 kilometers from the Thermonuclear HKSS – Krasny Rassvet to house plant workers and their families.

City lost the 5% of its apartments after Thermonuclear HKSS's Unit 7 fire / 2000. Recovery did not happen and the area is sealed with wire fences.

The Cesnapoly has 40 Hospitals and 10 emergeny clinics, 30 schools that destinged to educate all kinds of grades without needing to change school.

The entiry to Cesnapoly and the GESPATOV K44 Island is completely forbidden unless Emperor or NJPNRA personally permits it. İts same for the leaving, the state must be informed about everything.

There is primary in-door swimming pools as sports, It was one of the most common things within Gespatov because of one incident. A small kid living inside the Cesnapoly thought swimming in the Tayomi Pond is great idea. The child died because of the stagnant water and 73 SV dose of radiation (The Tayomi pond is both emergeny Cook water pump grid for HKSS & Krasny & also primary radioactive waste field.) their body did not recovered.

NJPCC established connections from both nuclear plants to all its islands using the underwater, watertight pipes were primary used to transmit the energy.

Tayomi Pond:

Construction of this artificial pond began in 1981; it was completed in 1983 and connected to the HKSS.

This is a body of water separated from the NJPCC Empire's northern sea by high, artificial concrete walls. Its purpose is to contain the waste from approximately 15 TDN nuclear reactors and prevent the spread of radiation. These artificial walls were constructed to stop the contaminated water from spilling into the open northern sea. The site is a massive, stagnant water covering roughly 300,000 square meters; blocks of ice are dropped into it annually to shield the water from the sun's heat, resulting in a consistency so thick that neither swimming nor boat travel is possible. A fifteen-year-old child once died while attempting to test the feasibility of swimming there, and his body was never recovered. Since that incident, the Tayomi pool has been completely enclosed by double-layered, triple-row wire fencing, and the entire population of Gespatov undergoes mandatory training on why the area must be avoided. Another danger lies in the fact that the pool is connected to the nuclear reactors' emergency cooling channels and relies on a single filtration system; anyone who falls in, and survives the initial impact, effectively gains "free entry" to the HKSS, where they will breathe their last while suffering from radiation burns, radiation poisoning, or being crushed between control rods. Visually, the Tayomi pool resembles a colossal bowl of soup, an opaque, churned-up mixture of water and radioactive waste. The water is extremely dense and does not ripple like a normal sea; if maintenance (such as icing) is neglected, the liquid can begin to boil and evaporate. In such instances, the NJPCC artificially refills the pool with water. NJPCC erected an official memorial to the child who fell victim to the sea, placing it on all four sides of the water; in doing so, they honored the child while transforming the act of mourning into a warning.

The existence of this pond is likely known only within the NJPCC and among the people of Cesnapoly; however, the NJPCC has recently been keeping its existence completely hidden from the outside world to avoid a direct confrontation with marine protesters.

The artificial concrete walls of the pond were nicknamed "Stagn", a play on the word "stagnant" because they contained the stagnant water within and kept out the clean seawater. In 2020, the wall sustained severe damage for unexplained reasons (maybe Big Mistake); engineers stated they did not know whether damage had occurred beneath the wall, a fact that remains unknown and only the upper section was reinforced for a second time.

Back from the Brink:

"The Big Mistake"

Wednesday, 2020 — 12:10 PM to 03:40 AM (and the 60-hour blackout that followed)

That Wednesday, the crew pulled the calendar equivalent of loading a gun backward. Unit 6 was criticality tired after full 5 days of non-stop working, which is critical for a type TDN. Its deep maintenance cycle was supposedly today. Unfortunately, the engineers mix-up the time and restarted the Unit-6, forgetting there was already a defined maintenance period. The core water is emptied and flooded with fresh sea water once again, rods inserted, californium springs tensioned and ready. When techs tried swapping the worn rods (already corroded from xenon poisoning and flow-assisted stress cracking), the mechanisms seized. Rods dropped uncontrollably, then, snap, three red heat rods and one orange californium starter fractured at the drive sockets. They plummeted 20 meters into the pool, spearing the impeller intake like javelins.

Initial shrug: "Vibration artifact. Reset the servos."

Minutes later: The jagged rod tips shorted buried high-voltage busbars. Arcs cascaded through the electrical trunking, frying primary pumps, auxiliary generators, and half the instrumentation cluster. Two shattered rods lodged in the main coolant volute, shearing impeller blades and bursting the casing. Shrapnel shredded four turbine inlet pipes; superheated steam jets scoured concrete, exposing rebar that started glowing cherry-red.

Pool drain began because of the sublimation, slow at first, then accelerating as burst pipes turned the lower levels into a radioactive river. Alarms? They hand-cranked emergency drain valves (semi-seized, requiring three men per wheel), puncturing the pool liner to dump fractured water into containment sumps. Surviving blue rods (half-melted) were manually jammed downward by teams in improvised lead aprons. Temp is successfully dropped to ~500°C after heroic effort (the entire corrupted water of Unit-6 dumped into nearest sea they call Tayomi Territory), but the core was a glowing slag crater: molten tungsten-uranium eutectic pooling at the bottom, bubbling with xenon and iodine daughters.

Unit 7 is not rebuilted but just because it connects the entire HKSS 8 9 10, the outer building rebuilted and so the corridors, but Unit 7 is completely dismantled, along with its remains but the TDN skeleton left as symbolically intact.

Post-stabilization, the massive main top reactor exhaust chimney on the roof of Unit 6, foundations eroded by acid-rain condensate from the fires, tore free from its mounts. Mechanical Problems within TDN's

LID CONFIGURATION:

NJPCC-Removed Lids

(Relatively “Safe” Configuration)

Some civilan TDN-0900 reactors have their Tungsten lids removed by NJPCC technicians after retirement. Purpose is to prevent the lid from dropping directly into the pool-core and destroying the entire control-rod assembly or triggering the unit. These lids are placed into sealed side-rooms and locked with reinforced concrete barriers.

Even then, the system remains dangerous because old winches may collapse over time, unauthorized individuals may attempt to reinstall the lid, seismic vibration can drop structural fragments into the fuel pool anyway.

Lids Left in Position

Some other TDN-0900s often left the Tungsten lid in place due to cost, negligence, or lack of nuclear discipline. This is the most catastrophic configuration imaginable

Up to 5,000 tons of Tungsten disks are suspended directly over core pool.

Any collapse, seismic shift, mechanical failure, any Cf-252 rod misfire & Any spring collapse can make the lid fall.

Lid Drop Scenario:

THE FINAL TRUTH:

TDN-0900s were never meant to be abandoned. The TDN-0900 program contains a contradiction that frightens every NJPCC official:

The Emperor never intended for any TDN to be abandoned, yet dozens of abandoned reactors now exist across vast territories.

Understanding this contradiction requires examining the Emperor’s philosophy, the physics of the machines, and the failure thresholds that forced abandonment even against his will.

ENGINEERING PRINCIPLE: “A TDN IS NOT DEAD UNTIL IT CANNOT RESPOND.”

The Emperor defined “death” in a TDN with a single rule:

A TDN is only dead when its Control Room is permanently, irreversibly nonfunctional.

1. DO NOT APPROACH THE CORE CASING

The abandoned units possess extreme mechanical fragility combined with unstable neutron pockets trapped in warped channel blocks.

• oxygen intrusion into decay tunnels

• thermal imbalance

• spontaneous graphite ignition

• release of hot xenon-137 backflow

If you open one, you will hear the reactor breathe. That is a very bad sign.

5. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REBOOT ANY CIRCUIT

If you try:

— It will not start

— It will not obey

— It will only misinterpret the signal

And misinterpretation = thermal surge.

This is why reboots of abandoned TDNs are forbidden:

Their logic cores degrade into random-pulse generators.

A “power-on” becomes “SCRAM attempt,”

which becomes “rod lift,”

which becomes “boiling surge,”

which becomes “detonation.”

6. DO NOT REMOVE GRAPHITE BLOCKS OR FUEL CHANNEL SEALS

Fuel channels inside abandoned TDNs contain:

• cracked U-235 bundles

• partially molten zirconium sheathing

• stray Cf-252 particles

Even a tiny Cf-252 cluster falling into the wrong cavity triggers ultra-fast neutron multiplication.

That’s a “snap” event you cannot outrun.

7. DO NOT TOUCH OR CUT COOLANT PIPES

Dead TDNs still hold super-dense radiotoxic sediment in the pipes.

Disturbing the pipes can:

• release sediment sludge

• create spontaneous boiling bursts

• start a runaway steam pocket

This is how reactor explode without being alive.

8. DO NOT APPLY FORCE OR “TEST THEIR DURABILITY”

Hitting a TDN-0900 is not a stress test.

These reactors only dangerously snap when forced.

If you force them, they will snap violently and globally.

9. DO NOT ASSUME SILENCE MEANS SAFETY

A silent TDN is not dead.

It is simply below its mechanical noise threshold.

The xenon decay might be happening quietly.

The ceiling plates might be expanding silently.

The tungsten might be waiting calmly to fall (if still in place).

Silence is not peace — The soft humming is, because TDN's always stay locked to 500°C even after Abandonment, if the Core is COMPLETELY silent, there is a huge problem you'd hate to find out.
