What is NJPCC? Or INJPCCR:

The NJPCC (National Japanese Protection Communate Community) is an Empire. A secret Naval superpower.

Capital: Kuyokami is the NJPCC Empire's main Capital, the second command capital is Kemono isle.

Born deep within the Mid Atlantic Sea. (Later moved from Caspian to Atlantic), it developed for decades in total secrecy, now casting its shadow across the world.

The INJPCCR (Imperial National Japanese Protection Caspian Community Revolution) is the Extension of NJPCC and its Royal full name.

NJPCC's Main Land: 9.815 Million km2

Nukes: 11,732 Nuclear Warheads. (NJPCC is generally one step away from launching a nuclear war against any threat; they always threaten to annihilate others with Nukes.. However, the NJPCC doesn't always use this threat tactic and only threatens to Nuke an aggressive country in the most adverse situations, or directly Nuke a island that very close to rival country to show how serious they are. Sometimes, NJPCC's patience runs out, and they take direct action, Nuking the rival country with starting from the capital and spreading outwards to other provinces, until they've destroyed it.)

Military Budget: (Current 2400's ~900B NJP)

Military Assets:

So far, as of NJPCC 2247, they have produced original-proportional replicas of IJN classes that they could not find at sea or that could not be salvaged even if found – These IJN ships are generally selected from those built between the 1940s and 1945s, and there's one rule that applies to all of them: the ships can be modernized, but no major component on board can ever be replaced or at least It has to be adapted to the look of WW2 era but current. – (This rule is still active as of 2400).

Capital Ships:

K.M.T.S Shizukana / K.M.T.S Kronstahl

Aircraft Carrier:

The carriers they have is the Shōkaku / Hiryū Carriers. (40 of each were produced.. 20 of each, and then NJPCC experienced some inflation.) Most of their parts were salvaged, while the others were redesigned by industries to perfectly match the original.

Battleships:

However, as you might expect that Yamato-class, Fusō-class, Ise-class & Nagato-class is actively being used by INJPCCR. The same modifications were used and replaced with great radar/air defense systems while still paying attention to the flexibility of the ship.

Cruisers:

NJPCC actively uses Mogami-class & Takao-class ships; while the ships haven't been fully modernized, their radars and air defenses have been replaced with the best of their time (2340 update).

Destroyers

INJPCCR doesn't use destroyers. As you can see, all the ships are essentially destroyers; NJPCC has always equipped them with torpedoes and other destroyer functions, regardless of type and class.

Origins:

As mentioned in the name, the original purpose of the NJPCC was to replace and uphold the honor of Imperial Japan after its collapse at the end of World War II.

Formed in absolute secrecy, the NJPCC was established far from the eyes of the outside world. And yet totally revealed in 2013's Turn-Tōugo war.

What Distinguishes NJPCC from Other Nuclear Powers?

After the foundation of the INJPCCR, the empire immediately sought ways to sustain itself in secrecy. Unlike other nuclear powers, which rely on conventional resource extraction and state industries, the NJPCC made its living through a far more unorthodox method:

robbing steel graves at sea.

The Caspian depths and the surrounding seas became NJPCC’s hunting ground. Dozens of sunken battleships from World War II, lying forgotten beneath the waves, were dragged back to the surface by NJPCC salvage crews.

The motive was simple:

Metal was survival. Any nation unable to turn steel into war machines would inevitably be exploited and destroyed by enemies.

Instead of simply scrapping every sunken ship for raw material, the NJPCC often chose a different path: restoration. If you already had a free hull and half-functional systems… why the hell not?

Passenger liners and civilian yachts within NJPCC territory were considered useless for a rising sea power. These were dismantled piece by piece, their parts stored in massive vaults. Later, their steel would be melted down to forge a new battleship… or used to patch the broken hull of a resurrected World War II relics near NJPCC straits.

What are K.M.T.S Models?

The K.M.T.S-Class is the crown jewel of NJPCC naval engineering, an entire generation of mega-battleships unlike anything else afloat in the modern era.

K.M.T.S stands for:

(Koordinate. Mastering. Terminate. Superiority. Class..)

These vessels are not merely ships, they are fortresses built on water, combining the DNA of multiple Battleships into singular hybrids.

Every K.M.T.S ship is:

Nuclear-powered with dual-reactor systems.

Capable of extreme endurance at sea.

Armed with oversized artillery, torpedoes, and integrated air wings.

Constructed with a kamikaze “final protocol,” ensuring that no K.M.T.S can ever be captured by the enemy.

They are designed not as part of a fleet, but as the fleet itself. A single K.M.T.S can dictate the outcome of entire campaigns.

The most infamous of these leviathans is K.M.T.S Shizukana, the flagship and living terror of NJPCC’s waters.

What is NJPNFS?

The NJPNFS (National Japanese Protection Naval Fleet Superiority). İts the vast and total Naval military of the NJPCC that makes K.M.T.S constructions possible and NJPCC's Naval swords. Think of it as NJPCC’s first industrial heart:

Entire coastlines within the Caspian are converted into hidden foundries, ship bunkers, and nuclear drydocks.

Civilian ships are dragged in, stripped, and reforged into war machines.

Sunken warship relics are raised, restored, and reborn under NJPNFS’s command.

Every experiment, every prototype, every nightmare steel beast of NJPCC has passed through these foundries.

The NJPNFS operates under absolute secrecy. Its location shifts, its docks vanish into the water, and no spy satellite has ever captured a clear image of it.

History of K.M.T.S-Class:

The creation of the K.M.T.S-Class marked an official and historical turning point in NJPCC history.

By 1971, the empire had grown tired of endlessly salvaging sunken IJN relics and painstakingly rebuilding them from zero.

The solution was simple yet revolutionary:

Forge a new generation of national warships, ships that belonged to NJPCC alone.

Thus began the age of the K.M.T.S

K.M.T.S ships were not just designed for war.

They were designed for UNSINKING.

The very word “sinking” was erased from NJPCC naval papers, forbidden in official records.

This philosophy birthed the myth of the Immortal Fleet, ships that could take nuclear strikes, survive reactor breaches, and still return fire until the sea itself swallowed the horizon.

NJPCC Naval traditions:

Article 1: If the Main K.M.T.S battleship(s) under NJPCC sinks for some reason, the Sistership of the Main battleship will be appointed as the Lead Main Ship till another Main ship is built, if not, Sistership will be taking the charge, title and leading of the NJPCC's offical Main battleship.

(Kordhell – Kronstahl)

Article 2: According to NJPCC Traditions, the Sistership of the NJPCC's Main Superwarship must always be lower than the Main Supership and be more limited unlike other.

(K.M.T.S Kordhell – K.M.T.S Kronstahl)

Article 3: The Sistership (Kronstahl) of the Main Battleship (Kordhell) is mandatory to be with Main battleship (Kordhell) at all times and to sail with it whatever it costs. If the 200 escort–guard team cannot reach it in time somehow, Enemy must first try to pass the Sistership (Kronstahl).

Article: 4: No matter what... Letting the main battleship (Kordhell) sinking is absolutely out of the question. The escort guards or Sistership (Kronstahl) herself must always shield themselves to the Kordhel if its absoulitely necessary.

Article 5: KMTS Kordhell must always come first, if any fleet maintenance is involved Kordhell must be postponed and repair packages must go to Kordhell.. All parts that are no longer sufficient for Kordhell's maintenance are repackaged from Kordhell's shipyard / Kordhell's old parts are also melted down into spare parts for other battleships, which are then all boxed and send to other NJPCC fleets for contiuning the Maintance.

Article 6: When a public mobilization is declared in brutal war, all the belongings of the NJPCC people are confiscated and a list is made of what was taken from them. Everything given by the NJPCC Civilans is melted down and processed for the Kordhell if its ever damaged and the repair process is completed. At the end of the war, these whole lists are reviewed again and all the tank, agriculture and other Factory sectors drops their main reasons and produce for civilans – all taken is given back factory-fresh. (No such a thing to objection, Anyone who objects will be considered a Country traitor and will have to give away at least 3 of their iron items.)

Article 7: It is absolutely impossible for the captain of the Kordhell to load the ship with 10,000 crew and launch it without the 200 plus Kronstahl escort-guards. Even if only a few escort ships are missing, Kordhell cannot be launched in small numbers without the Emperor's express permission.

Article 8: The Old IJN flag, which is displayed on all IJN relics, K.M.T.S Models, even on NJPCC's Carriers, cannot be lowered or the IJN flag cannot be raised higher than the NJPCC's, it must hang and remain equal, they're untouchable unless you want to be beheaded and be the new heading Accessory for the NJPCC-wide Naval.

Article 9: From 01:00 to 04:50 in the evening, some NJPCC units must monitor and patrol the Japanese coast, it is important for the NJPCC to prevent them from being harmed. In the event of a war threat or a situation that threatens Japan's existence, the Main Battleship K.M.T.S. Kordhell must personally patrol the Japanese coast with 200 Escort–guards that half is Original IJN Relics saved from deep sea by NJPCC and reloaded.

Article 10: Kordhell and Kronstahl should never stay in the same place (together or not) for more than 3 days because enemy radars or Google Maps may record it and huge logistical problems or threats of sabotage may arise hightly, Main Ships or Sisterships that are super important to the NJPCC are always on in adventurings and usually do not return to the NJPCC unless they are heavily damaged or If more than 10 Escord–guard battleships were sunked.

LGBTQ+'s place in NJPCC:

Emperor Kutay K.'s view on same-sex is inconsistent, often flexible or changing depending on the Emperor's current situation.

1- Is it possible to have an official marriage? Not even close, Either the couple's neighbors will start chasing them with pointed sticks or fires, or as soon as the Emperor hears about it, he will come after the offenders with the all laws of the NJPCC.

2- What rights do LGBTQ+ individuals have within the NJPCC Empire? They have no privileges, they have the same status as an ordinary man walking down the street, and that cannot be changed. Commits a crime? hanged on spot, Is their mental health not good? they have to pay for therapy out of their own pockets because that's exactly what the NJPCC doesn't give shit about.

3- Which sexual orientations are tolerated in NJPCC? Lesbians, coming out on top, they are the most tolerated ones in this situation because in the NJPCC Empire, beauty attracting the other beauty isn't that out of place. Gay (male) individuals aren't so lucky; according to NJPCC rules, this is a crime and a grave insult to the unwritten rules of masculinity, but the NJPCC doesn't end it with the death penalty or legal trouble.. only your neighbors and their neighbors will be quite disgusted by you, and you'll most likely have no friends other than your own partner. The situation is a bit more complicated for bisexuals; the circumstances aren't entirely clear, or even the Emperor isn't sure what to do about them. No other sexuality has been marked as recognized by the NJPCC, and the Emperor has officially did not acknowledged their existence. As for transgender people, it's already clear from the start that it's virtually impossible for who have undergone gender reassignment surgery, to find a place in such a perfectionist Empire – If this is attempted to be kept secret through surgical reports or information from witnesses, but is still caught.. those who initially approved the surgery and those who subsequently performed the operation will be swiftly sentenced to death by the INJPCCR on the spot without questioning.

4- Are sexual orientation and identity issues completely taboo in NJPCCES? Let's face it, NJPCC schools would never teach something like that; they'd generally be terrified that other kids would emulate it, and the Emperor would be incredibly paranoid about it. Generally, INJPCCR argues that this type of behavior should ideally be exhibited outside of school, and that there should be no place for such "abhorrent" behavior in an environment like school, where education is paramount.

5- Are these LGBTQ+ organizations able to operate freely, or is there a cycle of permissions and penalties at every step? No... that was tried once in 2130's october massacre, and on the same day, so many noise complaints came to the Emperor's palace that the Emperor finally lost his shit and ordered all the participants to be beheaded right in the place, NJPCC learned their lesson and never allowed anyone to attempt such a thing again.

6- When senior officials talk about LGBTQ+ people, do they refer to them as "citizens" or "threats"? Generally, in official statements, the NJPCC doesn't use the word "Citizen" for these people and usually refers to them as "these individuals." According to the Emperor's personal opinion, he doesn't even consider them as a human beings, but NJPCC and 'barely he' tolerating them. However, NJPCC don't approach it in a threatening or stigmatizing way, and generally, when LGBTQ+ issues are mentioned, the topic is quickly cut short, oftenly this topic is not even making it to the news.

Trivia: INJPCCR people are generally referred to as "Shinkai citizens", a racial term.

All Current Factories:

Gureibupointo Nuclear Heavy Industry (GNHI) / (1970): The main industrial plant for TDN-0900 Grandstung Reactors, produces many parts, including tungsten casings & Californium springs. It's a miracle there hasn't been an explosion yet, the place where the most dangerous components are produced is the same place where the TDN reactors are manufactured, the number of reactors that leave the factory within a day is unknown.

Sijuma Armored Manufacturing (SAM) / (2247): The heavy factory that produces the heaviest tanks, but cannot mass produce them because there are too many accidents, For example, a worker was crushed under a hull being pulled by a machine or motor, and his body, resembling almost a bloody mashed potato, was placed in the grave, 22 tanks untill end of the day.

Shinkai-Ō Zōsenkyoku (SZ) / (1972): The heavy industry responsible for the production of all K.M.T.S. class ships is a massive factory that handles everything from producing parts for the hulls to even completing the assembly there. This is the fastest-moving company because it hires the most workers. (A one completed K.M.T.S. ship in 5 days, and that's incredibly short for a 300-meter battleship.)

Mugen Assō Tetsudō Kōshō (MATK) / (1955): The most extensive factory producing heavy steam NJTLAC trains, and it is known as the oldest factory in the country, It generally doesn't work, but if it were put into operation, perhaps one NJTLAC could be completed in two days on a mass-produce engine.

Koku-yoku Messatsu Sangyō (KMS) / (2017): The heavy industry that produces attack aircraft for the NJHAAF is always working, and even when not needed, they accumulate dozens of aircraft parts and try to create something new by assembling those parts together, each experimental component found is tested on a random aircraft, allowing NJPCC to continuously improve its aviation capabilities.

Tetsu Tenbin Kōkū Kōshō (TTKK) / 2405: Even though it hasn't been written on the blog yet and the factory is newly built, it's a very heavy industry that produces logistics helicopters, it's affiliated with (KMS) and operates on the same principles, assemble the random parts, take notes, create something new, plug and try. NJPCC already had helicopters, but they were only stolen from World War III; this one was going to be domestically produced – the first and newest helicopter is expected to be:

Pro Tips: The NJPCC confiscated the War weapons from all nations (majorly nukes) after World War III and used them for their own purposes – In general, all 21st century tanks are painted pitch black for night operations.. This is either a imitated or NJPCC's own tanks, so it's possible to determine which nation the tanks belong to. (İts a hell to detect them in night), Beware of the two red dots in the dark; they are usually terror games attached to either side of turrets for cause hallucinations and paranoia.

There's no need to even mention K.M.T.S. ships; if you see an overly-large and armed-to-teeth ship on the horizon, you'll know it's a NJPCC's main admiral battleships (K.M.T.S.)'s. İf you see one in the battle, best thing you have to do is abondoning your position.

Why can't any other weapon be used against the NJPCC?

One of the things NJPCC insists on most is fighting within the chosen category of attack; if NJPCC attacks with a battleship, the enemy must also fight with a battleship. If this rule is violated or breached by any backup aircraft, drone(!) or bomber, the NJPCC will find it incredibly disrespectful and will launch a nuclear attack on that country without direct war. If the enemy has no battleships, the NJPCC will withdraw its ships and deploy fighters for fair fight. This rule applies to everyone fighting the NJPCC, but it's not world-wide like the Eight-Chains and only covers the Empire. This rule is called (同級交戦規定, or MCEP-Treaty), and it's the oldest rule established (1955) and in existence since the founding of the INJPCCR.

Fun facts: A Shinkai citizen doesn't necessarily have to show 100% loyalty to the nuclear reactors, its enough as long as they don't betray the Emperor himself.

Does extermination camps exists within NJPCC?

Within the NJPCC, there are only 3 major camps that were used as major facilities, but these camps were not established for systematic killing like in Nazi Germany, but rather for forcing captured individuals into labor. The NJPCC Empire hates three distinct races, and these races are descended from those who infiltrated the NJPCC and attempted to undermine the Imperial Order from within. These races consist of the IRL Jews, Erebus, captured enemy soldiers and Kōnjo, respectively. This purifying program lasted from approximately 1961 to 1995, at least one famous NJPCC general's was assigned for each of the 3 camps to rule. Once they passed through these camps, there was no way out; they would serve the NJPCC resources until death or be killed. Punishment: The punishments were extremely horrific if there was a riot, rebellion, or attempt to escape; a Jew who escaped from the camp was killed on sight without question, just like rest of the 2 race. For example, those who were punished were left hungry and thirsty, forced to work twice as hard, made to sleep on the floor, and sentenced to cleaning toilets – at the peak, they just taste the Luger P08 ammo until their heads turned into a sieve. Captives under the age of 18 were deported from the NJPCC lands, while older adults spent their new lives in detention camps until they died. These camps were established by Emperor Kutay K., and their administration was later completely transferred to Weismerch's order, only 50 people have managed to escape from this camp's so far; of those 50, 44 were actively shot, burned, failed to escape from military, or killed by the NJPCC population themselves while the rest of the 6 survivors completely left the NJPCC soil with a boat in midnight.

The number of people killed in the camps is approximately 91,862,490, or a more precise figure of 92 Million.

(The reason the calculation doesn't result in 174 Million is because the total number of people from the three races within the NJPCC isn't that large, they were roughly close to 90 Million. Sometimes there were also captives exists who worked hard and didn't question everything enough to buy some times for themselves to live another re-filling cycle in the 3 major camps)

Execution: there is execution styles NJPCC committed that makes a Luger in the head feels like the greatest mercy a universe can provide.

1- walking in the fields: Initially, all the captives found guilty are loaded onto a trucks without being told where they are going; once they are taken out of the truck, they are shown an sandy, empty, fenced-off area. They are pushed forward at gunpoint and after being thrown into this fenced area, gates close between them, there is a hut ahead and they are ordered to walk towards it by NJPCC forces, these people begin to walk towards the hut but it was too late until they realized they're walking under a huge field of sensitive mines. (No escape without being blown out) NJPCC forces sometimes brings popcorns and seats to watch them die too.

2- Prized Traitor: The captured group found guilty is first brought outside, one of the brothers or the most beloved member of the group is brought forward and given a weapon, the soldiers on either side of the general point their own auto-guns towards the armed captive so they won't try anything foolish. The armed captive is ordered by the general to kill their friends; if the captive complies, their friends/brothers will ve killed with their own hands but they will be set free back to their barracks. İf the captive refuses and can't kill their friends/brother's, then all of them is beheaded with a guillotine middle of the camp. NJPCC, again, brings seats and popcorns.

3- Decaying Belief: The group found in Guilty is initially brought to the forefront, and those who share the same religion are singled out, a gun is pointed at their heads, and they are forced to shout disgusting and utterly vile things about their own religion. This group is subjected to long walks throughout the camp from starting to end, they're ordered to shout as hight as they can at middle of the camp to wake the other captives and offend them too, if a hyper-religious captive group is attacked at the group, its completely legal and soldiers won't stop them. Whether their co-religionists stab, kill, or kick them, it doesn't matter; that's exactly what the NJPCC wants. The surviving captives are given a tight rope and ordered to hang themselves in the evening; if the captives fail to do so or refuse to do, the same soldiers who went to check the rooms in the midnight will do it for them. Those captives who obeyed and hanged themselves will be placed in normal graves with names and honors instead of mass-graves.

4- Eingelegte und marinierte Schweine: In this type of execution, the convicted captives are forcibly put on a ship and imprisoned into very small, inhumane cells one by one, their hands and arms are bound, and the cages are locked twice. NJPCC generals kick the cages towards the shore until the ship reaches deep water, then when the signal is given, the cages are thrown from the ship into the deep water and the ship remain there for a few minutes to make sure they're died before returning to NJPCC land. The chefs were aware of what was happening, but they didn't question it and went about their business. Only one objected, and he ate a bullet to the head right there, about an hour later, various meat dishes were served to the captives, and then they were allowed to eat. Another half an hour later, the captives finished their meals, Nasrich silenced all the captives in the dining hall and revealed them what kind of 'meat' they ate with a very delighted smile, he was enjoying himself like every NJPCC soldier right there in front of them. 9- Ertrinke in deiner eigenen Gier: NJPCC would cram every single guilty captives from any race they deemed criminalized as greedy and avaricious into 20 trucks, each with a capacity of about 10 people. When arrived, these individuals were dragged to a building with golden dome bearing the NJPCC emblem on top of it, this building resembling a black box with no window. The captives were adorned with various gold necklaces and jewelry along the way even if they don't want it, they had practically turned into a walking jewelry store along the way. Finally, they were led to a deep cavity in the middle of the building, at the very bottom of the well, containing pointed and extremely valuable stones and diamonds. Captives were thrown into this well one by one while others forced to watch the agony as the precious stones pierced and tore at thrown people's fresh. Other captives were forced to watch and scream the words: "Ertrinke in deiner eigenen Gier!!" in the form of cheer as loudly as they can. Secret audio recordings were also taken 24/7. The captured Jews, Erebus and Kōnjo, were forced to work in the heavy iron smelting industry thats (50% - 30,000,000 m²): Half of the land is devoted to molten iron crucibles, giant blast furnaces, rolling mills, and foundries producing armor plates for different kinds of reasons. Logistics, Rail Lines and Kitchens (32% - 25,200,000 m²): This area is occupied by centers providing food distribution to 750,000 people and a massive inland rail network transporting iron ore and coal. This camp is located in Kemono isle. A collection of 600 hut-apartment hybrid buildings divided to 1,500 per apartment & that is exactly 160,000,000 squaremeters (more than half of it just shipyards) workplace/dock wide. The captured *only* Jews and Kōnjo, were forced to work in superbattleship building projects that took ages to complete. 110 million square meters of this area consists of enormous dry docks and slipways where ocean water can be drained and filled, while remaining 50 million square meters of land is dedicated to massive steel foundries, assembly hangars, and captive shelters. After The 1995:

• Arbeitslager Yashima: After successfully fulfilling its purpose for 37 years and being closed in 1995, it was finally cleaned of bodies, remains and completely restored for returning its old purpose. The shelters were painted, plastered, upgraded, and redesigned to be habitable for its old İdentity as a old town, but only a few hundred NJPCC families agreed to live there because of the bloody reality happened at there. NJPCC Emperor Kutay K. did not kick the settled people, (660 people lives there) but converted the remaining unchanged 1,340 huts & all of the main administration buildings and headquarters as concentration camp museum in year 2000. • Nagare-Stahl Vernichtungslager: After 1995, it closed its doors to industry for 5 years, re-opened & managed to operate for only 7 more years with very minor repairs and New machinery, but was completely abandoned to rot after a massive and unexpected fire accident caused by 47 skeleton remains trapped both in the furnace & chimney. Only the doors of that building were completely sealed, but the smell constantly lingered above Yusogami Dock, seeping from somewhere and unstoppable; yet the Dock wasn't shut down like Nagare-Shath. If a worker or officer goes near that area, wearing an odor-proof mask was become mandatory.

The more horrifying thing is Reddō~ingu can hack the satellite system's into roots and track everything near. The existing 20-CDB work together like crazy, they can speedrun on every of the radar statics and knew what is coming for the Kordhell and Kronstahl itself.

The K.M.T.S Kronstahl is also a Radio & Radar ship while still maintaining to be the gun platform. The most advanced features on this ship are not only the main batteries, but also the radar and communication systems are incredibly advanced, allowing it to send messages or establish radar links over very long distances from a very wide area. Kenji himself was subjected to experiments while still in his mother's womb, on the Emperor's orders, with the aim of shedding light on the possibility of bringing anthropomorphic animals into the world. The experienced succeeded with few gender fuckups such as Kenji being originally codded as female in the first place but his DNA is twisted by scientists to male identity, it was still a progress that they had managed to produce Kenji as anthropomorphic being, and the Emperor was thinking he would need him greatly in the futures, so he cursed him with immortality for the NJPCC sea legacy. Emperor Kutay K. took a close interest in Young Kenji's childhood and often spoiled him, subtly guiding him towards NJPNFS by buying him children's books about warships without really speaking it. Flawss of Kenji: Because Kenji's DNA couldn't be perfectly altered, he still couldn't always act very masculine; his walks and expressions was clearly graceful and relaxed rather than stiff and sharp, his body wasn't muscular, but wasn't overweight either.. and like expected flaw, he had the hips too. Kenji's parts such as legs and waist was still slim. Emperor Kutay K. didn't bat an eye too much because Kenji doesn't needed to be perfect, his personality and usefulness was very much satisfying for the Empire. Big merchants, bankers, and lawyers fall into this category; their freedom is limited to expressing opinions or criticisms about the country, thus forming a dissenting force. They are the people with the highest chance of voting and being elected, and they can make changes within the Empire with petitions, albeit with limited permissions. They are the third largest key component that takes a cautious approach to suppressing rebellions.

These are wealthy citizens who have struck it rich; they also belong to the tier that houses medium and small-scale war criminals and Mafia groups. They are the brains of the NJPCC after Emperor; these individuals generate ideas, inspire the public, and generally lead simple lives. They are known for the clubs they establish and their organizational identities within the community. As pure NJPCC people, they are a large backbone with deterrent power, always carrying and permitted to have weapons. They are classified as small traders, land lords or relatives of the elite, sometimes a class that includes mini-mafia groups and very minor war criminals. They are the most hardworking and socially conscious people.

6– C Class

This Class are doesn't even include mafia members or war criminals. These people here are either individuals who harmed the NJPCC but were not executed because they still had functions within the organization, and they are kept under very strict surveillance for preventing any coup attempts. Their salaries are minimal, they work in the hardest jobs, they are abundant in K.M.T.S factories, and they form barely a community within NJPCC. However, the NJPCC is not regressing too much in terms of human rights and regularly monitors what these people eat, drink, and the hygiene of their homes. Because they are basically in worker class, these are the people who frantically harvest all the fields of the NJPCC Empire and provide 40% food for the country, they can easily jump to B-tier or highter.

These are the people who commit biggest crimes in NJPCC Empire. They're just waiting the issuance of their death sentence; unless they present significant evidence of their innocence, their execution is inevitable. They have no say within the NJPCC, they are the hardest people to forgive – but still, an S+ Super-elites can free one or more of them in case of urgent employment or sudden mercy. War criminals within the NJPCC

One of the key things known about the NJPCC is that it houses individuals who have fled their home countries to avoid execution for their crimes and find more bloodlust. They have sought refuge under the NJPCC's protection because they bring benefits such as design, fear and extra manpower.

This practice has been in place since around the 1960s and has saved many criminals from being beheaded. The NJPCC's terms were simple: do not attack inner surroundings, do not harm the NJPCC, and do not touch civilians. Under these conditions, war criminals were not executed – instead settled on NJPCC territory. Anyone who disobeys these rules, plans a coup, and in a situation where separatism has reached an uncontrolled level, whoever planned it will be executed with the harshest punishment without a second chance.

The most successful among them was Akirasun, who redrew K.M.T.S Kordhell from scratch in the early 1960s, eliminating all its weaknesses with Emperor side-by-side.

Those who committed these war crimes were generally not given any importance and were treated according to their function within the NJPCC; in the past, even a bloody maniac who broke into a few villages and captured people could be found within the NJPCC, just obident.

Among these organizations and groups, there is always at least one NJPCC spy, and they are professionals. No matter how isolated they may think they are, the most insidious among them always knows what they are after and flies it to Emperor himself.. if a coup happens, god-emperor knows who did this faster than they can say "burn the evidence."

İts absolutely taboo for such groups to execute someone within their own ranks or outsiders; the only person who can give the order for an (even simple) execution is the Emperor Kutay K., not the mighty Mafia boss.

Emperor frequently uses these groups, arming them when necessary and sending them to wreak havoc on countries they hate, NJPCC never taking responsibility for terrorist attacks they just sended. War criminals are well tools when obident within NJPCC, the second they cross a line, they're gone for good.

The more horrifying thing is Hikitaraki can hack the incoming missles like nothing, because the existing 20-CDB work together like crazy, they can speedrun deflect any kinds of electronic shells or missile from its target and send it back to where it was launched. After Shizukana's AI hacks in the last 10 km, the missles immediately turned upwards and repositioned themselves to crash back into where they came from.

K.M.T.S Kronstahl is needed to determine the target's location, distance, and make hit corrections for Shizukana, just like how railway guns works.

Why wasn't NJPCC eliminated or taken seriously in early days?

NJPCC's Iron Harvest operations in the 1950s and 60s began to make headlines, but nobody cared except for a few countries – and those did care generally declare their sunk ships as symbols of their own nations (like Japan). Countries have repeatedly established patrol hours for the sunken shipwreck sites by taking simple precautions, but this time NJPCC started using submerged cranes to dig from below the sea rather than above sea so they did native all of them. What is; The Lich Squadron "or just Lich Squardion"

Lich Squardion was a unit composed entirely of salvaged IJN ships, operating differently from some irregular naval armies generally found within the INJPCCR and mixed in with the modern vessels. These Lich Squadron ships have been salvaged from the seabed and restored, their exteriors completely unaltered, rebuilt exactly as they looked before they sank.

The bullet holes where these ships were previously hit have been clearly covered up, those areas are not polished.. These ships are among the IJN's most heavily damaged vessels and were salvaged by the NJPCC fighting against all odds; this ships incredibly fast-paced with new and powerful engines – These silhouettes, resembling zombie ships is capable of reaching terrifying speeds of 36 knot or more.. its subtly reinforced and equipped with new main guns that closely resemble those they used in the past.

First of all, these old beasts, which were last relaunched for their first operations by the NJPCC in 1997 after the 1945, have caused a great deal of PTSD to many people, especially former sailors or ex-ww2 naval militaries.

That's exactly what the NJPCC was aiming for: that the IJN ships, which the Americans were 100% sure they had sunk them, would one day bite them in the ass back with terrifying force and mental fuckery.

First and foremost, there's the Yamato; the original Yamato was used in the K.M.T.S. The most distinctive features of TDN-0900 Nuclear Reactors:

TDN nuclear reactors are unlike any other nuclear reactor and possess incredible features, some of which are located within the control rooms.

Firstly, all TDN units have radar-style monitors in the main control rooms (central control room 2), and these are usually located at the center of the desk, typically occupying about one-third of the desk space. This thing is an Sweep radar, but its task is to analyze the core of the TDN and show the Engineers the depth and position of the every control rods in side glance view – (blue for Cooling Control rods, Red for Heat Control rods & orange for Californium Starter rods), which never disappear. This panel updates the reactor's status every minute, displaying the exact figures and the depth at which the three different control rods are located – (Which is a perfect tech for Engineers, as they said).

All three control rooms have long, narrow corridors running along both sides, so that these small corridors can be quickly used and the necessary information can be obtained when analog telephones become unusable. These areas also work perfectly as escape corridors because these doors are often very robust armored doors that are pressurized and do not transmit radioactivity outwards or inwards in any conditions.

The main control room usually has windows on the far right and far end through which you can observe the core of the TDN, so any errors can be directly observed with a live eye, however, never go past behind the main consoles. But this is an incredibly dangerous feature because it means you're almost right inside the core, because the glass could shatter or the main feeder pipes of the TDN that passes over the control rooms can cause big harms due rare superheated core problem moments – (This tech only used in Unit 1 – 3 & 5, which control rooms of these are positioned lower of the down sea-level in Main facility).

What is the status of The Thermonuclear HKSS in the year 2400?

Actually, it's a bit complicated... firstly, Thermonuclear HKSS weren't eliminated or dismantled as some might think, because that's incredibly difficult, laborious, dangerous, and quite contrary to Emperor's understanding. Instead, the Thermonuclear HKSS operates in a semi-retired state because this massive nuclear engineering marvel is now decaying from the inside, and component fatigue has reached its peak after 400 years. Initially, the NJPCC decided on the retirement of the Thermonuclear HKSS. In the year 2275 and began dismantling Unit 7, but complete demolition was forcibly halted by some NJPCC Citizen protests. With a second decision made in 2341, the complete demolition was shelved, and the areas where demolition had already begun were re-concreted, ensuring only some control rooms were disabled. In the year 2350, Units 10, 9, and 8 were retired without any of their mechanisms being removed. Immediately afterward, Units 1, 2, 3, and 5 continued operations under high restrictions and heavy maintenance. Unit 4 was completely sealed, while Unit 6 continued to be monitored under very strict supervision and used in operations. A normal TDN would be shut down after 85 years depending on the circumstances, but that's not possible if we're talking about a Thermonuclear Power Plant here. Unit 7's reactor has been completely dismantled and replaced with what was once the metal skeleton of an RBMK.

Unit 6 is the reactor that receives the most maintenance, but it's also the heaviest used. Although it can still produce the same megawatts, it can no longer operate continuously for four days; maybe two or two and a half days at a time. Control rooms 1, 2, 3 and 5 were abandoned, and their parts were removed, leaving the rest of the setup as it was. Control room 4 is still being used to fire the Unit 6 and rest of the TDNs.

Unit 4 was completely defueled and sealed with a metal casing, and it was announced that it would never be operated again; all the control rooms of reactor 4 were converted into a museum, and all power that leads to reactor 4 was cut off (or is it??)..

Unit 6 is still generating electricity, but the rest were officially declared dead on paper as of 2370, and the NJPCC turned them into museum without demolishing any of them.. they simply by cutting off their electricity and with prayers for the TDNs to not to rebooth back alive. The building's electricity wasn't completely cut off because it has now become a museum for future nuclear-lover NJPCC generations; the areas without electricity and light, pitch black, are Units 7 and 4. As always mentioned, the lids of all the TDNs have been removed and secured so that visitors & tourists can see inside a real TDN... even if it's not working anymore. NJPNRA prohibited visitors from approaching Unit 6 and instead instructed everyone to go down to Units 8 and 9, as a still-operational TDN was far more dangerous.

However, there are reactors that are forbidden to approach within the HKSS.

These are; Unit 6, Unit 7 & Unit 10.. these Reactors are either rotten to roots or still operational, which makes them more Unstabile, so no one should leave the tour guide's side – generally, no one goes back to check on you, so if you die there from radiation or a messy fall, neither the Emperor nor the NJPCC will take responsibility.

In case of emergencies:

This is where the real drama begins... If NJPCC ever urgently needs electricity or thermal power and for some reason cannot access other TDN nuclear sites, the last resort would be The Thermonuclear HKSS. Even though Units 7 and 10 are in pieces and almost destroyed, there are still 7 retired TDNs there, excluding Unit 4, which means NJPCC could suddenly fire them one day for their needs. It's hardly surprising, given that NJPCC is a Nation that doesn't shy away from taking huge risks for Meltdowns or in case of unavoidable part failure.

What happened to Pristiyat K-80?

Pristiyat was completely evacuated in the year 2290, first Unit 7 and then Unit 10. Nobody lives in these apartments anymore because NJPCC could no longer afford to maintain them, not even the Reactors. With the new system, the NJPCC was already in a state of inflation, and considering that inflation would last for several years, saving the HKSS or Apartments was already impossible and maintance Nightmare after the intervening 319 years. (1971 – 2290). It can be said that restoring the nuclear reactors at HKSS has been far more expensive than building new ones, a tremendously high amount (27T NJP currency), normal TDN is 20T.. horrible.

If we were bring up the entire HKSS into the one picture, its a fucking 81,000,000,000 NJP total.. No Nation, even NJPCC AND Emperor Kutay K. can affort it – Nor a madman.

NJPCC held a grand ceremony to close the HKSS, and all reactors (except Unit 7) completed their final 24-hour operation before being closed to eternity and left to rot. INJPCCR itself placed the Thermonuclear HKSS under protection as a historical treasure and great historical relic, declaring that no one would be allowed to damage it, and the ghost city of K-80 filled with patrolling 560 armed assets because of this.

The organization that carries on the legacy of HKSS is the NJPHPC (Historical Protection Community) tied directly to INJPCCR itself.

However.. the remaining operational units are literally RUİNED harder than NJPCC can ever think to ruin them on purpose, it is Trashed about producing Megawatts, think about this: Once glorious TDN-0900 Nuclear Reactors in NJPCC's most respected nuclear facility is now can only producting hardly ~2,100 MW because of Xenon dead time, Control rod death, Fuel burnup degradation, Heavily Coolant chemistry degradation, Flow-assisted corrosion (FAC) & Instrumentation drift.

These problems are seen in almost all of Unit 6, because it is the first reactor built in 1971 and it is also the oldest reactor possible that is still in operation (madness). Once producing 8,500 Megawatts at full power, Grandstung Unit 6 is currently capable of producing ONLY 3,200 Megawatts as of 2400. Unit 6 quite a bit runs with prayers and Fatherland. TDNs are incredibly unstable at high power, but since each TDN has 3 control rooms on purpose, we can proceed by thinking of this as 3 professional snipers in a single manhunt.

Kutay K., or Kutsu Takatsukasa Fujiwara is biologicially secletive born & engineered in 1925 August 16. His father was Krupp Ich Welthmarch, a general working for the SS at the time of his birth, and his mother was Sizuma Takatsukasa Fujiwara, an important military aircraft mechanic from a very wealthy family in Imperial Japanese. This started with Krupp being sent to Japan on orders from Germany, and the two were encouraged to mate for some kind of "Super-human" experiment.

Born in Kanagawa Prefecture, Kutsu only attended school up to high school and subsequently travelled back and forth to Germany with his father, fighting in various capacities, and personally witnessing both the Japanese and German fronts.

This back-and-forth continued routinely until 1945, when it finally ended with the victory of the Allied forces, and his father, disguised, moved to a part of Japan that remained intact, to an innocent-looking village house. In 1947, he told his father he's going back to Germany, leaving his family and friends behind. The Experiments ended in 1945 and accidently made him Smart, Immortal and indestructible.

When a flight to Germany was arranged in a Douglas DC-3, Kutay K. landed in Germany wearing a tuxendo suit. Initially, he looked around, observing how much of the Nazi regime was still standing, he learned that Führer was already died, Kutay K. was much disappointed. Yet he wanted to establish a quiet life as a Commander here, and he had come with his belongings, hopeful... and perhaps even able to win over the left wing of a divided Germany and try something new. During his first command, Kutay K., who worked with land units, was absolutely furious; the fact that German soldiers were using American junk tanks infuriated him so greatly. "Tigers... Where are the Panzers??? These piles of metal won't win you wars, they'll only take your culture away!!"

But that wasn't the only problem... even when walking in the streets, seeing people in Germany who deserved to have their heads chopped & flying off just for being out in public, holding hands, made him extra furious, he was questioning his life choises now. "This is not Germany!! THIS IS GAYISTAN!!" He snapped to street, people give weird looks.

Finally, in 1950... after a three-year hiatus, he couldn't bear it any longer and attempted a coup in the part of Germany controlled by the Allies, organizing original and former Nazis, while recruiting neo-Nazis in a different way. The plans tragically failed, and Kutay K. witnessed the death of his entire tank and community. Why? Because a very small group of them were spies... he became enraged as soon as he realized this. However, unable to accept further failures, he rallied most of the German soldiers in his unit to his side, had them discharged from the army, and told them to come to Japan; most of them accepted.

Arriving in Japan shortly after, Kutay K. attempts to secretly organize a large number of Japan people, this time not to overthrow the government, but to encourage them to join a new country, a country of strongest. In a dawn operation that evening, they loaded one of the last remaining Hosho Carriers with approximately 503,201 people; the ship was almost full, but it still set sail, albeit with difficulty, thanks to the insistence of Kutay K. He left his family behind again, but this time with a letter: "Dear Mom and Dad... I'm so tired of this Germany thing, neither here, nor Germany, nor Japan meets my needs anymore... Take good care of my mother and yourself. I don't plan on coming back, but I left you about 500,000 Yen, a close friend of mine will give it to you in a day or two." They spent about a year searching for a piece of land where they could establish the great INJPCCR.

Its also rumored that his real name was "Shinketsu Ōkitsune" & he was used to be a 8-tailed red-base furred & black "Corrupted High-ranking Zenko" who is cursed in a human body forever as divine punishment coming from Inari. Some NJPCC religious figures, upon reading his fortune, say he was banished from ancient Japan in 10th or 11th century.. or at least partially exorcised & sealed to a sacred katana until it burned down & destoryed in 1925's, freeing his soul. in his past life, after being personally caused something horrible (ppl says he either killed 26M Humans with a wrong spell when Shinketsu Ōkitsune expected a revenge towards "Ungrateful human race".. but instead, he got a genocide, or something more darker.) When asked about this, Kutay K. says nothing... he usually looks like he thinks about an answer to give, but his answer ends up always the same; "Knowing could harm few things, Citizen. some things must stay buried" There is still insufficient evidence, and also no answers from the suspect.. However its thought to be he was upset against humans with reasons – Causing his divine downfall.

It is believed that this wasn't the only messed-up thing the Red Kitsune Emperor (Shinketsu Ōkitsune) did; after harming Humans & disturbing the peace of Celestrial powers, he is also said to have traveled from Japan, killed the Chinese Emperor with claws, and seized the power. He looks exactly like a 30-year-old adult, with long hair that reaches halfway down his ears and bangs that he usually tucks behind his left ear. His eyes are an icy blue, his skin is pale & almost white, he has a medium-length mustache and a rounded chin beard. He always wears oval glasses and is slightly blind, his silhouette is long and slightly broad... he has a fit body & muscles.

The uniform is a bright white fabric, a mix of Imperial and military general attire, with scattered black areas resembling camouflage-like. He wears a white NJPCC armband on his right arm, the IJN's own flag is still pinned to his left arm, all his medals hang across his right chest, and around his neck is a black necklace Kitsune medal made for just for him and for after-Emperors – (NJPCC award).

He is someone who always has a tense expression, narrowed eyes, moves slowly, and his facial expression is difficult to read; he moves slowly unless he is in a hurry to get something done, but he can be very agile when he wants to. He is one of the limited number of people who taught themselves to use a sword without a master. He's generally soft-spoken, but every word ends with a sharp edge, as if he's insulting instead of speaking.

He always Refuses to listen the World's opinions or what others might say, He never bows to World or anyone; stronger, older, younger, higher rank, it doesn't matter.. Anyone who will face with him should bow first and then MAYBE he will.

Rumored appearances of Kutay K. from centuries ago by Citizens:

Initially, when Kutay K. was still a pure and normal High-ranked Zenko, his main coat was completely white, with black markings on his legs from the paws up to halfway, and the same could be said for his ears. His eyes weren't yellow like the others; they were red unnaturally. He was slightly larger than a normal Kitsune and magnificent; a feminine appearance for a fox and it was quite pretty – his tails was very fluffy.

After divine downfall Appearance, rumored by Kemono island Shrines:

That fluffy fur once pure white, had now changed to a reddish hue that darkened towards the lower part of his body... blood red, and it possessed a malicious aura. Still has those dark spots on his body, but they're much darker now. It's unknown what happened, but his body wasn't disfigured or twisted; only his methods, behavior towards humans, personality, and color had quite a bit changed. His eyes had now turned a dark blue, a little lighter blue color forms in his pupils, he had elegant fox slit-pupils & piercing glares. Still pretty but his body and powers screams "Doom"

Behind is office table wall usually has three paintings, right behind his desk: Emperor Hirohito in the center, Adolf Hitler on the right, and his Mother Sizuma on the left. In the part of the room facing the window, there is a mini-replica corner where K.M.T.S Kordhell and IJN Yamato are placed side by side; he also uses it as a hobby corner. To the right of the entrance hang the flags of Imperial Japan, N*zi Germany, and the INJPCCR.

Hobbies:

He generally likes to wander around military areas, enjoys exploring abandoned sites, and isn't afraid to be mischievous... sometimes he even goes in and out of the abandoned TDN sites he himself tagged. One of the things Birdiyer does is avoid politics and mess around with the NJPCC kids he sees on the street, sometimes it's just a game, sometimes he randomly takes toddler's balls and runs away like nothing happened.. (hes asking for a chase), Another favorite habit of his is to drop everything and disappear to say "hello" to the K.M.T.S ships. On one occasion, he invited high-ranking generals and their families to a barbecue on the deck of the K.M.T.S. Kordhell, and they ate in the middle of the advancing warship, some of them reconsidering the choices they had made - (like sailing & eating in a whole ass battleship with maniac Emperor himself.)

Although he was generally calm and mischievous, when he was angry, everyone would usually leave the castle. He would constantly take his anger out on the other soldiers, shouting about everything that wasn't even their fault. Mother Sizuma Takatsukasa Fujiwara deceased in 1988 for internal bleeding & father Krupp deceased in 2004 for Heart failure and brain death. Their remains were forcibly removed from their burial site in 2010 by massive Armored Cruisers and reburied in the largest sacred Japan pagoda temple on Kemono Island within the NJPCC Empire. Kutay Takatsukasa Fujiwara personally visited them one last time as they buried to their new Eternal place. He arranged the P08 Luger he inherited from his father and some vases that his mother loved dearly in his office.

He offered no explanation to Modern Japan for his sudden grave smuggling operation, and stated that he would not.

When Kutay's patience runs out, he is far more cruel than he ever appears – (Thats literaly why half of his troops scared to go near the Palace).

When there is a rebellion within INJPCCR; (for example, among the public who are fed up with his existence or just the entire LGBTQ rights thing..) The Emperor Kutay's orders are definite. Any rebellion within the NJPCC ends in blood and katanas, because it is HE who decides who lives and who dies; any slogan against Emperor Kutay is taken as traitorus rebellion against him and protestor's family is humiliated bu everyone.

Emperor Kutay K. generally does not ever judge the any race or a gender in any way, but this still doesn't makes him a gold-hearted liberal. The Emperor himself is severely transphobic, and because of this, trans people are on the NJPCC's shot-on-sight RED list on all four sides. Mercy is Rare for them, because one of the two things expected is outright execution, and the other is them being dragged out of the NJPCC's borders and thrown out like a filth.

Sometimes NJPCC Citizens wondered whether to worship the Emperor himself or nuclear reactors; the well-known fact is that Emperor and Civilian are nearly one step away from worshipping to fucking power plants.

The Emperor cannot start his day without a proper breakfast; he is usually always snappy when he does, and this is very dangerous for those around him.

Emperor Kutay K. is the embodiment of the word patriot; he would rather be executed and annihilated by the most heinous and messy means than live under the flag of another/enemy country.

Emperor Kutay K. isn't as backstabber as you might think; he's neither the first nor the last person you can trust. If it's a critically important secret (for example, a very powerful secret that could harm the NJPCC Empire) – he'll leak it without a second thought; otherwise, anything else whould be a betrayal to the given promised word and his nature. He is generally someone who likes to keep his word, and if he keeps his mouth shut for not spelling it, no method or mindgames can make him talk about the secret.

Emperor Kutay K. himself Symbolize the Moon itself, he becomes bright at night's darkness (darkness = malice). But moon still radiates some light coming from the Sun itself (implies: İmperial rising sun) to light surroundings and illuminates what's around it. Although the Moon doesn't emit light on its own, it attracts and reflects other lights (NJPCC plays the Innocent as copying other's behaviors.) From the moment the sun sets down, what always rises after it will ve always the Moon itself, regardless of its phase. (After Japan's imperial power is completely down by the Allies, the new power that will rise after it will be The INJPCCR.)

Good deeds Emperor Kutay K. had committed:

1- The Citizens did not pay any dues for accommodation. Emperor Kutay K. considered collecting dues from the people as robbing them, and for accommodation, one could only purchase the property and then call it a house life-long till they get bored.

2- If a person with a congenital disability is a citizen of NJPCC, everyone around them is obligated to help that person, even if it's just something they've contributed by picking it up from the ground and handing it back to them.

3- Every year there is a very extensive commemoration for NJPCC soldiers who died in past wars; in yearly July, all NJPCC flags are always flown at half-mast and marches are played over sirens. It's not mandatory to attend, but everyone is welcome to thank their beloved ones.

4- Emperor Kutay K. typically invites lost children to his palace and feeds them as if they were his own kid for about a year. If the parents cannot be found, he gives the child to one of his generals or acquaintances who wishes to adopt them.
