I heard doll body based musical au and I must know more

So re: Doll Body Musical. The background information needed is that this is an au based on Paul Shapera's The Dolls of New Albion. A musical I am obsessed with. Long (so fucking long) story summarized:
TDONA follows a family down four generations, starting with a woman who invents a way to bring the dead back to life by storing their souls in lifeless doll bodies so she can bring back her long dead university sweetheart. Dolls swiftly become illegal because they become able to communicate and it freaks people out.
So, this au is about Arthur trying to bring back Faroe, and winding up putting Someone (something) else in to the Doll. So now he has an "evil" and illegal doll who is trying to get Arthur to release him.
I wish I had a drawing skills and a drawing tablet so I could do an animatic of Marcille resurrecting Falin set to that one song from in The Dolls of New Albion

Bear with me here] for his entire childhood . he paints his relationship with his grandpa [jasper] as romantic because he didnt know how to handle relationships . he just projects what he thinks he wants onto jasper because he never really learned what relationships were and by the time he made a friend it had already been 20+ years of only having jasper [which ties into the dolls' themes of being blank slates their loved ones just project onto] . He wouldve been fine if someone told him what aromanticism was he just needed someone to be there for him . all the mcalistairs are aro to me i have evidence.”
