Here’s to a better future

This last year has been a rollercoaster and I have also found myself simply unable to muster up the energy to draw most of the time, mostly because I was pouring a lot of my energy into a comic that got butchered for half the year but also because I couldn’t get a good balance between my school, church, extracurricular and home activities when in third grade highschool. Overall a nightmare for mental health. I also had to delete all my art posts from xitter since I didn’t want my art used by their ai, which was an another heavy blow for mental health. but I also went and started interacting with people on the internet more, found mutals both here and on bsky actually built some kind of platform(however small)
honestly? I just hope that this year I can achieve SOMETHING aside from technotober, I want to make my comic readable online, make another one, make more oc content in general, involve myself more with the slightly smaller fandom communities since that is where I want to be. I also want to learn new techniques, weather that be relearning watercolours, picking up acrylics for the first time ever or maybe doing something with embroidery, I want more.
And lastly, I hope for a better year for you too, I hope you can achieve whatever you need, here’s to a better future, I hope to see you there :}
