Hi Mr. Hatter!

I’m having a bit of a bad physical day today. I fear I’m starting to get some sort of sickness in the back of my throat and my nose. Plus I woke up earlier than I would have wanted to this morning to some bad cramps that have been lasting all day. I have this heat pack that I can wrap around my stomach that’s been helping provide me with some comfort though. It’s been reminding me a lot of the talk we had about the feeling of someone hugging my stomach. Just maybe a bit more hot to the touch hahaha! It’s the little things that get me through this horrible time of the month. I do hope you’ve been having a good day!

No. I do not think that rabbit hole of pain and sorrow will ever be filled. Not by anything. It can be shrunk, perhaps, fenced off, guarded so we don't fall back in. But it will never truly dissipate. Not even if we find a new person.

The debilitating pain and anguish that seeps through cannot be stopped. It can be ignored, we can distract ourselves from it, but it will not cease.

Hello, my dear followers! Welcome to tea Tuesday THURSDAY!

Seeing as I was a bit busy on Tuesday, I neglected my duties! How terrible of me...

As promised, today's review will be on my personal Favorite: Earl Grey!

Earl Grey is a more floral tea, with a nice pop of citrus, derived from the oil of bergamot peels. There are variations on Earl Grey, such as Lady Earl Grey, which adds blue cornflower... I'm more a fan of the classic.

I recommend a loose leaf, seeing as bagged tea is often a lower quality, but if that is all you have access to, then we can make do! I'd suggest one tablespoon of tea per six ounces of water. Steep for three minutes.

I know the typical Brit pairs it with lemon and sugar, but I recommend it with milk and sugar! It almost tastes like cereal that way.

Over all, a classic. Pairs well with a wide variety of desserts!

Ooooooo Jonathan you sly crow! Is this that pretty little librarian that you mentioned?

Anyway, I would recommend a greeting, such as "hello," or "greetings." "Salutations" is a lovely one as well! Then I'd follow it by stating who you are. So, perhaps:

"Hello, [name,] this is Jonathan from [location]. How is your evening going?"

Add or remove or switch around whatever you'd like! Perhaps you could ask and ensure they've eaten supper! I wish you the best of luck, my friend!
