If you all learn only one thing from watching me create I hope that it’s this.....listen to your muse! Don’t doubt her! I had a used/empty tea bag on my table and was trying to think what to do for my next page and out of the blue I thought “I wonder if I can do an image transfer onto this tea bag with gel medium?” So then doubt said it won’t work, the tea bag is too delicate, you’ll waste the tea bag, you’ll waste an image....and then I thought who cares? I have tons of tea and hundreds of images so what do I have to loose? And guess what. Somehow it worked! And I love it! It was hard to get off all of the paper and when dried that paper fogged up the image so I tried putting some gel medium on top and it brought her face right out.
