teabeetles claiming now (on their new guide by toodletunes on DA) that there's no such thing as "teabeetle offbrands" after harrassing and witch hunting bleetbugs off the internet/to stop being a species for being "offbrands" is so fucked

hope y'all are ready for a good ol' rant.
the teabeetle mods/GAs are all two-faced, lying, pieces of shit that want nothing but your money. they have sticks so far up their asses that they're entitled to feel better than you just because they manage a species of bugs with plants on them. the only one who's fairly okay is Zebzztown, they're the voice of reason. the mods barely even know how to manage any negative situations, especially with trades after they've been brought to the mod's attention.
they dont even let you keep fucking spiracles when you void a design, like those aren't something that ACTUAL BUGS have. its so stupid that teabeetles' only defining characteristics are plants and spiracles, and even then they dont have to have plants OR spiracles. you just need an overpriced MYO to make it "official". at least most chimereons requires a nose horn no matter how non-chimereon-like the design looks. if you don't want to make your own design, you can try an adopt, but most adopt teabeetles dont even look good now-a-days because the same 3 artists are doing them and charging way too much for it.
i really think How-Do-U-Art's decision to quit managing the species entirely was a great decision. good on them.

If you scroll down, you can see Corgitown commented on the adopt, using comments like "What's wrong with you" and tried defending themselves when a user told them to tell the mod team of cccat instead of being a dick about it.
This was roughly a year ago, and to my knowledge never apologized for acting like this towards a guest artist. All over a jelly cat that lacks eyes and has sharp teeth, and claimed it to be a offbrand. Yet they are in the team for teabeetles roughly around the same time.

They’re moving off of DA, so most stuff is on pause at the moment. That being said I love Teabeetles. A chill community and lots of different species to play with and get into. Easy to get as well
