We lost our spring break.

Just to put it into context, our spring break coincides with Passover, which is a religious jewish holiday that lasts for 7 nights/7days, for those who aren’t aware.  It also falls in the middle of Easter, Holy Thursday, and Good Friday.

We’re getting April 9th and 10th, but we’ve been nonstop since we got back from February. As Apollo 13′d the fuck out of things when we were told remote learning and given no guidence. On two day’s notice. After being told we weren’t going to go to remote learning, then did. The students are at their breaking points. Some still don’t have tech.

And now they took away spring break for everyone in the state.

We need a break.
