Ok. @sunbasket Paleo meal number 2. A really smoky delicious chipotle turkey chili with organic turkey, sweet potato and shallot. Lots of amazing spices ( and btw the quality of the spices are terrific!) I added kale because I always want more greens. The side dish is a simple and tasty cucumber , cilantro and sumac salad. I’m really beginning to love this. Like I said, the quality of everything including the packaging is terrific. I’m enjoying this because although I’m a pretty good cook, this is teaching me how to cook for two. When you come from a family like mine, where having too much is practically a badge of honor, you end up with leftovers which is fine, but then you waste them because life comes lifeing along. I’m using way less ingredients than normal and it’s just the right amount. So I really think that this is making me an even better cook. It’s also teaching me to cook Paleo well.
