The idea was an ice/dragon rockhopper penguin lol. I thought it would be neat if the mon had some ice "shields" on their arms. Basically, they can expand and contract at will. Imagine them placing their forearms together to form a large shield in front of their bodies.

And the lil fella has inflatable pants lmao. I like to imagine it waddling around and being incredibly clumsy.
