Team Desire: The Search for the Orb
So here’s one of my Orignal Storylines, Team Desire! I made a post in the past about them, here! I’ll explain, about them a little more in detail soon... For now, enjoy the story.

In the chilled air of the evening, Sunset Shimmer and Metal Man of team desire walked through an ancient temple. They searched for the anadromous orb. Sunset Shimmer gulped harshly as she thought about the Orb, especially since Wallflower told her a false version of it was used in their universe a few months ago- and damaged the dimensional walls badly. She feared what would happen if-
“Lady Sunset Shimmer, we will find the anadromus orb, before Sectonia does.” Metal Man assured. Sunset Shimmer turned to her comrade and nodded.
“Thanks, Metal,” Sunset replied. The pair continued on through the temple. Sunset Shimmer straightened out her leather jacket. Suddenly, a walking noise was heard above them. Sunset Shimmer’s hands began to glow with a red energy with the third eye symbol appearing on her forehead. Metal Man created a metal blade and prepared himself. The pair walked slowly, looking all around. “Be ready Metal, for anything, we don’t know what we’re dealing with yet.” Sunset Shimmer stated in a serious tone. Metal Man nodded. Suddenly, a huge red figure burst through the ceiling. Sunset Shimmer and Metal Man quickly dodged the figure in opposite directions. Sunset Shimmer landed on her side and skitted on the rough stone floor, leaving her jacket, shirt, pants, and boots with scuffs, and her hands with friction burns. She looked up and saw Zavok, the leader of the Deadly Six, and the one who kidnapped their leader, Queen Freesia of Serenity. Zavok smirked.
“So, the sorry excuse for a chakra shaman decided to come for the orb~” Zavok sneered. “Pathetic.” Zavok scoffed. Sunset Shimmer stood up, her hands flaring with chakra energy.
“I’m not that weak scared girl anymore Zavok!” Sunset Shimmer cried. Her third eye flaring. Zavok remained unfazed.
“Says the girl who allowed her leader to be taken,” Zavok stated as he approached the teen. Sunset Shimmer grew angry, her hair gaining a fiery glow.
“THAT’S A LIE YOU BASTARD!!!” Sunset Shimmer screamed. Zavok smirked. Metal Man snarled when he heard Zavok say that to Sunset Shimmer. Even he knew how untrue it was, he was there for crying out loud.
Sunset Shimmer rushed forward and unleashed a fire burst in the shape of a phoenix. Boom! Sunset Shimmer looked trying to see what became of Zavok, once the smoke cleared…
“Ack!” Sunset Shimmer cried. Zavok surprised Sunset Shimmer and grabbed her neck. He slammed her into a wall. Sunset Shimmer was gasping for breath, trying to break free of Zavok’s grip, only for his grip to tighten. Metal Man quickly rushed over and unleashed multiple metal blades upon Zavok. They stabbed into his body. He flinched and dropped Sunset Shimmer. He turned to Metal Man and tore out the Metal Blades, leaving cut wounds in his back. He threw away the blades and approached the Robot Master. Sunset Shimmer finally caught her breath and saw Metal Man battling Zavok. The red Robot Master dodged the Zeti’s fire attacks and punches. Metal Man quickly threw a metal blade at Zavok, to which he swatted it away, leaving a cut wound in his hand.
“That Queen Freesia of Serenity has deluded your mind robot master, your on the wrong side!” Zavok cried.
“No! She has opened my eyes, Wily was a selfish and twisted fool! I will never return to such an empty and dark path again!” Metal Man replied.
“So unwise…” Zavok sneered. He threw a fire punch at Metal Man and sent the robot Master flying. He slammed into a stone wall. He had an intense burn on his chest and many cracks on his body. He looked up, Zavok’s fist came extremely fast, Metal Man quickly made a shield of metal. Wham! Moan…. The shield wavered from Zavok’s fist.
Sunset Shimmer finally stood up and the heart chakra flared to life. She rushed over and unleashed a tornado upon Zavok, which pulled in the Zeti. Sunset shimmer ran over to Metal Man. Metal Man’s shield finally broke. Metal Man looked up and made a sigh of relief.
“Thank you Lady Sunset, I owe you one for that.” Metal Man stated. Sunset Shimmer smiled and reached out her hand, to which Metal Man took it. Sunset Shimmer helped Metal Man up to his feet.
“Let’s find that orb while the twister has Zavok busy.” Sunset Shimmer stated. Metal Man nodded. The pair took off quickly to another room in the temple.
Zavok was soon flung out of the twister. He crashed through one of the stone walls and back outside, in the cold night. He slowly sat up, anger seething from his body.
Sunset Shimmer and Metal Man entered a room with a lime green glow and brown symbols on the walls. They looked around at their surroundings.
“We got to be close.” Sunset Shimmer deduced. Suddenly, crash! Metal Man quickly shoved down Sunset Shimmer as Zavok rammed into the room, and missed the downed pair by meters. Metal Man quickly stood up and helped Sunset Shimmer up to her feet.
“Thanks, Metal.” Sunset Stated.
“See that as my previous debt to you paid.” Meta Man explained. The pair turned and saw Zavok stand up, a green orb in his paw.
“Behold, the Anadronmus orb!” Zavok cried. Metal Man and Sunset Shimmer gasped. However, the orb turned to dust in Zavok’s paw. “What?!” Zavok exclaimed. The temple began to shake.
“Your attempts to claim the Anadronmus orb are futile! The trap has succeeded, may the Gods have mercy upon you...” A deep thunderous voice stated. The temple began to crumble and fall apart. Zavok growled in anger.
“Damnit!” he turned to Sunset Shimmer and Metal Man. Zavok magnetically lifted Metal Man and threw him across the room. Sunset Shimmer Gasped. Before she could activate any chakra, Crack! Zavok grabbed and crushed Sunset Shimmer’s leg in his large paw. He lifted her up upside down. She activated the Sacral Chakra and unleashed high pressured water upon Zavok. He flinched and dropped Sunset Shimmer. He quickly escaped the crumbling Temple. Metal Man stood up and rushed over to Sunset Shimmer.
“Are you alright Lady Sunset?!” Metal Man asked. Sunset Shimmer shook her head.
“Zavok broke my leg.” Sunset Shimmer uttered painfully. Metal Man scooped up Sunset Shimmer and quickly rushed through the crumbling temple. He dodged hole after hole in the floor of the temple. Sunset Shimmer activated the heart chakra and created short gusts of wind that blew away debris. Soon Metal Man escaped the Temple and the pair watched the temple capsize from the distance. Sunset Shimmer tapped into the third eye. “Cosmo! Do you read me?!”
“Yeah, I do! What’s going on? Did you guys find the Andromus orb?” Cosmo asked within Sunset Shimmer’s mind.
“Nope, the ancients who made temple set up a trap. It’s somewhere else. Besides, Zavok broke my leg.”
“Oh no! Hold on, let me activate the transporter,” Cosmo stated. Soon Metal Man and Sunset Shimmer vanished into light. They reappeared in the team desire HQ. After that, Sunset Shimmer and Metal Man both got patched up.
Wallflower Blush rested a finger on her chin as she sat at her desk in the HQ Condo.
“So the ancients prepared themselves after it was stolen at some point in the past. But where is it now?” Wallflower Blush groaned and smacked her head on the desk.
“Come on ancients! Throw me a bone!” Wallflower Blush shouted, her voice muffled by the desk. A clawed hand rested on Wallflower’s shoulder. Wallflower jumped and turned around quickly. She relaxed upon seeing Raychel, a fellow member of Team Desire. Raychel lifted her hand from Wallflower’s shoulder.
“Struggling to find the orb I presume?” Raychel wondered in a relaxed tone. Wallflower Nodded.
“Those ancients are quite clever. All the sources I’m finding point to Andromus Temple, which was a trap in actuality. I can’t find any other sources on the orb’s location, it’s like, they didn’t want it to see the light of day again.” Wallflower vented.
“Well, one thing I know about you humans, you can’t do tasks very well with no sleep,” Raychel stated. Wallflower stretched and yawned. She looked at the time on the clock; 11:30 pm
“Darn, where’d the evening go?!” Wallflower questioned shocked. She stood up and yawned. “I guess I go get some rest. Thanks, Ray.” Wallflower stated. She headed off for bed.
“Any time kid,” Raychel called out.
