Some inherited that charka nature from their parents and some developed it not from them

Aside that, all 6 of them are prodigies for able to perform high level jutus at their young age compared to their parents

Appearance:

Shikadai follows the customary look of the Nara, with his black, spiky hair tied up in a ponytail. His eyes, however, are teal and shaped like his mother's. His facial expressions also favor his mother's.

He is quite tall for his age. He wears a dark outfit with a light cream-coloured jacket over it, which bears the rudimentary form of his clan's crest.

Also, as customary of his clan, both of his ears are pierced with grey stud earrings. In Boruto, he wears an unbuttoned black coat with a white shirt.

SHIKADAI-INOJIN-CHOUCHOU HEADCANON

•At the end of Boruto, the inoshikacho disband

•Chouchou gets hurt badly where she can't use her jutsu anymore. So she becomes skinny again. Chouchou becomes a model.

•Shikadai is badly injured in the face, having scars on his face and his whole body. He can't walk very well, but he's stubborn, so he doesn't ask for help. He becomes a politician.

•Inojin can use his jutsu and paint. Since Shikadai and Chouchou can't fight anymore, he retires with them. What's the inoshikacho without the shikacho. Inojin works as a sensei.

•Moegi gets set free, and she feels guilt for not protecting her students.

•Temari, Shikamaru, Ino, Sai, Choji, and Karui are very proud of their kids for fighting with all they had.

Speaking of manga implications, it’s funny to think about Boruto’s era of Team 10, because the manga made a point of stating that a Sarutobi clan member is the one who gives Ino-Shika-Cho earrings when they become chunin. 

So, since they didn’t assign Konohamaru to be the team’s jonin leader, it means that either 1) Mirai, who is not a jonin leader and only seems to be close to Shikadai, will drop in randomly into their lives to give them a present, like Ninja Santa Claus, or 2) The funnier option, Konohamaru has to give chunin exam presents to a team that is not his own. 

(“Shikadai says you gave him a present, can I have one?” Sarada asks. 

“Sure, what did your parents get after the Chunin Exams?” replies Konohamaru.

“I asked them. They said, ‘Recurring nightmares.’”)
