I have the mental image of kakashi during his tenure as sixth hokage with baby Houki in a baby sling across his back or chest. Regardless if houki is his biological child or a lovingly adopted one, where kakashi goes, so does he.

I don't know how i missed this/forgot about this, but the image is so cute!

I always love the idea of Kakashi with a baby in one of those sling's, walking around proudly with his child strapped safely to him. he even takes them into meetings when he can, even if he gets the stink eye from the elders or Onoki (Mei loves it and Houki gets super excited whenever he see's Bee and tries to wiggle his way out of the sling to go play with him.)

Gai does sometimes have to take little Houki from Kakashi, or Yamato will be in the meeting standing behind him with Houki strapped up to his chest. either way it is a delightful scene that Kakashi is committing to memory because his fav people are delightful with his.their son.
