I totally agree with you. Tamar leaving the hospital was dangerous and imo, a stupid decision. I wish her the best, but I just want to know how she and Val expected this whole thing to turn out. Even if she did have pneumonia, that still pretty fucking serious. I just don't understand why they had to wait to withdraw... It was obvious it was going to happen.

If it had been any other team out of the six still in it on Monday in that situation I feel like they probably would have pulled out before anyone got eliminated. But this is Tamar & Val we’re talking about. They both seem like very ambitious and determined people. I feel like if Tamar had a different pro as a partner and this came up they probably would have tried to convince her to withdraw on Monday. I have no doubt that no matter what Tamar decided to do that night Val would have supported her 100% either way but the thing is they both seem to have a sense of invincibility, like if they push through something hard enough they can make it through, so if Tamar thought she’d be able to get better and be able to learn everything for next week in time, Val was probably like “alright cool let’s do this”. Or maybe they just wanted the fifth place title. I don’t know.

No no I didn't mean you. I wasn't trying to insinuate anything. Just trying to give Tamar the benefit of the doubt. I don't think she was thinking clearly and I don't think she even had blood clots in her head at all. It's unfortunate all the way around.

She has them in both of her lungs, not her head. And yeah she probably wasn’t thinking clearly. I saw someone suggest she wanted to prove that she really was committed to the show and cared about it and based on what I heard during All Access on Monday I agree. And, well, she certainly did that, but at a huge risk to her health. I’m just glad she didn’t die tbh.

Since we are going into the semifinals, what is your favorite dance that each couple has done this season?

OK. I’m gonna assume you mean for the couples that are left? Since I was asked this before Tamar dropped out I’ll include her. 

Bindi Irwin & Derek Hough- It’s SO hard to choose honestly but I would say her Contemporary or her Foxtrot & her V. Waltz is very close behind

Carlos Pena & Witney carson - Paso Doble but really my favorite of his was his Quickstep with Lindsay

Nick Carter & Sharna Burgess - Contemporary then V. Waltz

Alek Skarlatos & Lindsay Arnold - Tango
