Random ask- how's the relationship between the members of Volkov™?

Hey turtle anon, thanks for the question.
Volkov is definitely the big dog. He thinks of Dmitri as his second in command. They are thick as thieves those two. Ilya is also close, though he’s closer to Dmitri than Volkov. Ilya and Dmitri are best friends, like brothers.
Andrei knows them all quite well, they’ve been together for a while. Though Andrei doesn’t share their sadism, which has often been a point of contention between them. They would accuse Andrei of thinking his better than them or above them. (Which he definitely is!)
Nickolai is the newest member and because he’s a techie, he’s not always around when the whump is happening. His job is more making sure Volkov’s public image is protected. So, he wouldn’t be there to always record the worst stuff.
