I’m not in the habit of pushing things like this on people repeatedly, mostly because I’m painfully aware that a lotta folks don’t like advertisements and the like. 

I preface this by saying, I don’t like to feel like I’m begging or aiming to have people feel sorry for me.

But I just learned that finances are going to become a lot more difficult come January, as my dad, diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer, is going to end up using up all his work benefits for his leave come this January 2021 and he will be considered unemployed by his company at that point.

This means that my parent’s insurance is going to go up and that they might have to find another insurance entirely, it also means a lot of uncertainty and that my mom and dad will barely be able to afford to cover the bills, little lone groceries. 

At this point, I’m the only one working in our family, and so a lot of that extra is going to fall down to me. To be clear, I do have a full time job, but 2020 has, like on most people, been rough and it doesn’t stop throwing punches. I had to leave work for a while because both my parents are venerable to the virus more so than others, and where I work puts me at higher risk for picking it up and bringing it home. At this point, we figured out a workable solution to keep me separated from them so I could still go to work, but I’m afraid there’s only so much I can work and only so much money I can earn in a month. 

That being said, I ask that if, and only if you’ve some cash to spare, to consider supporting my Patreon or tossing a one time donation to my Ko-fi, I post mostly on my Undertow Nuzlocke comic on Patreon, have a Discord sever for donators and for those of higher tiers? You get to look at a good amount of my buffer (over a year’s worth of updates at the time of posting), anything would help to alleviate the financial stress I will find myself taking on in the near future and to help when it comes to the inevitable.
