There are both no words & too many words for this bittersweet feeling 💕 I’m not sure I can fully express how grateful I am for my BF family - with you & from you, I’ve learned so much. You’ve given me space & support to grow as a teacher & a person. Thank you a million+ times for allowing me to be part of your lives & for enduring my silly dancing through class 💃 It’s the end of an era, but also the start of so many new things & the continuation of so many amazing friendships that have been made over the years. Flex your shine y’all 💪😎✨ It’s been a fun fitness week, teaching a million classes with the @beachfitbaltimore crew - Surf, TRX, Cycle, Burn & Bootcamp with some of the most inspiring people! I may be your instructor but you truly motivate me - consistently showing up, working hard, trying new things, always with a smile (ok maybe not for that last round of burpees 🤣) Getting in a little version of our workouts this morning for myself - practicing what I preach & taking time for self care! Morning movement 🤸‍♀️🔥 Felt good to get up & get in a few early mornings workouts this week. A little walk/run, a quick arm workout, a TRX core set before teaching class...I know I’m not alone in my despise of getting up in the COLD darkness & getting home after class in it. It zaps my energy & motivation immediately, making it that much more of a challenge to get in a little workout or do a little extra. Plus I spend a lot of time giving myself & my energy to others (which I LOVE) but it takes it out of me. Combo that with dark cold & my chances of doing something for me go down...But I’m so happy to get back to it this week! When I ultimately start my day with something active, it really changes my momentum - waking up my body & mind in a way hitting the snooze button never can (working on less of that 😉), helping increase the energy I have for myself & others.
