Bruno is a pup I helped avoid being euthanized a few weeks ago, finding him rescue with 40 minutes to spare. Critters 4U Rescue, Inc in Hampton, VA took Bruno in and will work with him on his aggression issues with strangers which is why his family was going to euthanize him. He's been to the Vet for a check up to make sure his diabetes is stabilized, has been groomed and will have his teeth cleaned. Bruno will also receive behavioral training and as we see in this photo, will have plenty of time to make canine friends and be a part of a pack. Bruno was a terrific co-pilot on the long drive to VA, often trying to lay his head as close to me as he could. He looks happy in this photo which is the best outcome we could hope for, after having left the family he knew for 6 years. A BIG thank you goes to the family member who contacted me for help that day, and to Robin Budin Unchain America who posted Bruno's plea on her page where the rescue's founder Angel, saw him and without hesitation, offered to give Bruno another chance at life.
