Muse with MAG: Do you celebrate your team members? (24.11.19) I am one happy and lucky team leader (am not a boss me o). I have a wonderful team of 4 dynamic and determined ladies. They are all as pretty as it goes. Oh, Grace located me. I mean, when your projects coordinator is called Grace, why wouldn't it be a graceful day every other day? Today is Grace's birthday, Grace Grace wonder Grace - that's how I love to lullaby her name especially when I am well pleased with her, which honestly is almost all the time lol. Yesterday was Ms O's and today is Ms G's. Isn't #teamH4AB lucky? Grace brings that serenity and calm assurance all will work out. Grace was with me recently when I was going through a personal rough patch. She just madams me like I were a baby hahahaha, I think it's because we first met as madam and student at the Pan African Institute for Development. She was a front bencher and a hard working Masters' students. See where she is today? I love celebrating my team members, it keeps the team spirit high and we all feel so valued. Grace coordinates all my musings and all the projects our young organization has. She will soon even be my upline in network marketing hurray. Dear world, I think it is worth all its weight in goal to celebrate our team members.
