I’ll be the first to say it, I look a little hesitant in this pic...but that’s because I was. 🙄 . I don’t have confidence oozing from me here and I’m ok with that. Because, what I see is growth!!!! I got outside a comfort zone for this photo shoot. 📸 . My amazingly supportive team wanted to do a group shot in our sports bras. My first reaction was to say I’m not comfortable with that. We were in a public park and I never workout without a top on anyways. It’s just not me. 🤷♀️ . But why not? I’m not ashamed of my body and quite proud of the progress I’ve made. Why am I so attached to staying clothed? Unless I’m at a beach or swimming you can always count on me to have some sort of cover up on. 😎 . In that moment though I decided I needed to break free whatever was holding me back. I realized it wasn’t that I didn’t want to, but that I was just hesitant to try something new. There was no REAL reason I couldn’t be in a group picture. And so, I flipped my top off and jumped right in. Still not at 100% comfy, but I did it and I’ll do it again!!!! I feel like I grew a little more on that moment! 🥳 . I’m thankful for my team for accepting me as I am, self hesitations and all!!!
