In my mind kaleb isn't dead and is jadens left hand man, and emma is his right hand woman. I imagine her to be a retired jumperwho spy, who works as a head of hero own spy network for jaden.
I think of kaleb helping with the physical side of sieges and attacks and emma with the mental side, and also telling scary stories at base and scaring the shit out of everyone
