{Modern Au : fashion headcanons}

Avantika ~

• Is geek-chic-preppy a thing? (For Avantika, it is)

• Simple, convenient, fuss free.

• Minimalist graphic tees, monotone palette, boxy silhouettes.

• Has a fixation towards those weird tinted sunglasses

• Has a nose piercing but doesn’t wear anything because it’s edgier that way

• Wears earrings, small trinket kinds on her 2nd piercing because again, it’s edgier.

• Rose👏 Gold 👏 Queen 👏

Did the whole Rose-Gold thing way before us pretentious millennials/ genZs and is most definitely set on making it look badass (And she does)

• She did try to buy some dark colours for variety’s sake though but her eyes just always end up on that cool turquoise button up or that comfy looking pink sweat shirt

(And so, she’s smart enough to buy fabrics that are easy to deal when stained.)

• Not a heels person at all. About as graceful as a baby giraffe in them so resorts to sneakers.

• And BOY does she put her white sneakers through endless torture.

• Paints/doodles on her redeemable ones and is silently amused when people ask her where she bought those cool shoes

(Credits to Mahendra really, who once doodled out of boredom on a messy pair set aside while she napped. Now they both have a bunch, thanks to their doodle dates.)

• But she most likely has a dainty tattoo or two.

• Ya’ll she’s secretly a pro braider. Hardly does anything to her own hair though. May be a stray braid or two if she’s feeling it. Not crazy with colours but does intend to get a side shave one day.
