Nashville Hot Chicken sandwiches tonight using the world famous @meatchurch recipe! The sandwich is made with @dukes_mayonnaise and @originalnathans kosher dill pickles on a Sweet Hawaiian bun served with @alexiafoods sweet potato fries. It was damn tasty and not too crazy hot. Nom nom I fried the chicken in a Lodge pot at 400 degrees over @fogocharcoal premium lump. The peanut oil was around 325. I used some @cambromfg storage containers for wet and dry breading steps.
