Only a loss of 1lb this week, but my body fat is still dropping nicely! My goal was to drop 6% before the end of the plan, and I’ve still got 1 week of pre-training left and then the 12 week main plan ... so I’m hopeful I’m going to smash that goal! I’m getting a bit of definition in my arms, (thanks to mine and @pippal85’s dedication to our new found love of bouldering) which is exciting to see, and I am starting to see my jawline again 😂. I got sick at the end of the week (my body likes to ruin my weekends) so it wasn’t in me to do my #teampow 5K run, so I walked 6K instead ... it’s still something! The lurgy is starting to lift so determined to increase the effort again next week!
