This is my second time having this breakfast this week, and it's so good I have to share.
Toast with seasoned pumpkin puree, fried red onion, a fried egg, and fried rosemary. And a cup of tea, of course. It's food like this that helps me maintain healthy eating, honestly.

Ow.
Something is definitely not 100% with my stomach, making it kinda hard to eat, making it kinda hard to have energy to exercise.
Also I swear it's gotta be mostly psychological but now that I'm back on the straight and narrow with the healthy food and exercise I am beginning to appreciate my body and the journey so far.
Throwing it back to my afternoon @bodybossmethod workout in Ibiza! I forgot to take my training book but luckily I have it all on my iPad too! I really do love these workouts. In addition to my yoga practice it’s all I need to stay strong fit and healthy.
