Snacks X Grub: A Realtime Fandub ShipFic
Snacks looked into Grub’s eyes with shiny blue eyes as they whispered, “Why must we be at war?”
“Iron Man and Captain America both like us separately,” Grub replied as their tears fell to the ground and created a relatively large puddle, since they were crying so much, “so that means we’re opposing.”
“If only there was a way we could be together forever without having to worry about being put against each other,” Snacks muttered in a shaky, sad and serendipitous tone.
Both of them looked to the ground in a melancholy way, wanting to find a way to end this conflict, before a car suddenly swerved around the corner and began barreling toward them. In the car sat Grunkle Stan, having had four cans of Mabel Juice without a single break in-between.
“SNACKS AND GRUB NO MORE, IT’S TIME FOR TEAM SHACK!” He exclaimed as he came closer and closer.
The two different names for foods looked at each other, about to run out of the way, before stopping suddenly.
Looking at Snacks with tears glittering down their face, Grub whispered, “This way we’ll always be together.”
Nodding, Grub wrapped their arms around their most beloved acquaintance as they awaited their fate...
...until they heard the sound of Grunkle Stan’s car screeching around in circles and running off the road, caused by a piece of glass that was lying there in its way. The car began tumbling off a rocky cliff and fell down toward a river below with the great uncle screaming all the way until it made impact.
After an awkward silence, Snacks remarked, “Looks like we can go back to our regular lives!”
“What lives? We’re personifications of words,” Grub reminded them.
Snacks was about to respond to that in a defensive manner but found themselves having nothing to say. Soon, the two fell to their knees and screamed upon realizing that they weren’t actually real people.
The camera slowly panned up to show that the entire world they were in was actually inside a snowglobe, with that snowglobe being inside of a bag- a Silly Bag to be precise. After observing this strange reality unfold, Ford Pines zipped the bag back up, having seen just about enough.
“I don’t know why there’s a tiny version of my brother in here, but that’s a mystery for another day,” Ford commented, before turning to the camera and exclaiming, “TEAM SNACKS ALL THE WAY!”
From the other room, Stan Pines replied angrily, “NO BROTHER OF MINE IS GOING TO BE ON TEAM SNACKS!”
It irises in on Ford, who then hops out of the story through the iris and runs away, never to be seen again.
