🗓 goals for thursday 12/05/24:
🖱change PIN, finish required trainings, and send emails by COB
📖 finish at least two library books (Helpmeet and Know My Name)
📚 finish at least 20 tasks and review at least 3 outlines
💭 have been in a sort of whimsical romcom mood lately. watched Bridget Jones's Diary and Notting Hill for the first time. cute movies, definitely a turn-off-your-brain and get cozy kind of watch ☕️
⚖️ received some good news at work lately! getting to close a case that's been dragging on for way too long feels good.
📝 taking the MPRE this week so i need to lock in and keep reviewing my materials. and squeeze in some more practice questions and exams. i'm not feeling that anxious about it. instead, i'm more determined to pass and get it over with.
📖 also have to finish reading my library loan of Ninth House within the next two days 😭 it's a decent read with interesting uses of magic but i have mixed thoughts on the protag's characterization. two weeks goes by a lot faster than i thought. i'm more than halfway through so i'll treat it as a study break of sorts i guess.
🫂 had brunch with friends the other day and appreciated their presence as always 🫶 it was nice to catch up and we also made some more plans for the rest of the year. lovelovelove them so much <3
