@tearmannfoilathe is chaperoning a tiny wooden boy, good luck. (Pinocchio)
He had made a promise to himself to stop getting lost. Usually this was easier when Jiminy was on his shoulder, acting as a GPS. Unfortunately, the cricket needed a night off and rather than stay home, Pinocchio had found himself wandering. He wasn't sure how he had wandered this far. Equally, he also wasn't sure how the forest had grown this dense. There was something unfamiliar down to how the grass and leaves crunched beneath his feet and how thick the air felt around him. It was lively and fresh, but something was here. Something was waiting. Pinocchio tilted his head, spying what appeared to be a woman, and meandered closer. "Hello...?" His voice cracked as he straightened himself to stand. "Are you lost? Because... I am."
