i miss fred bright storyline so much. i wanted sam to realize he was working off freds emotions who was working off brights emotions. i wanted darlin to call sam out for it for holding someone at arms length because of a mistake

i was so excited for the idea of the newborns mixing with darlin and seeing a possible likeness emerge between bright and darlin, to have sam and bright reconcile, and have this entirely new dynamic approach the quinn situation

it is hilarious because sam is so forgiving and kind to darlin about everything with quinn- he’s so patient and understanding with them, and yet he did a complete 180 with bright. i would kill to talk to erik about his creative choices there (like if he just didnt have sam fully fleshed out/wanted to show a different side of sam/etc) because it genuinely made no sense to me
