Tasting and testing the quality of tea is a bit of a process. Similarly to a #Wine #Sommelier, Tea Sommeliers taste an evaluate the nuances of flavor profiles. While wine is typically tasted as a finished product, tea must be evaluated at different steeping times and temperatures, as well as, the number of re-steeps.
