Trigger Happy
Trigger Happy is a tech core from Spyro’s Adventure. His primary attack is to shoot coins from the two guns he holds, and his secondary attack is to throw a pot of gold in front of him. His tertiary is to summon a golden machine gun that shoots golden bullets. His upgrade paths enhance his golden guns (top), and his pot of gold (bottom). I took mine down the pot of gold path, because it turns a simple mid-range toss to a more area-of-effect attack, which is needed due to the nature of his other abilities. Trigger Happy is one of the truest longrangers I've ever seen; I've had to run away from enemies multiple times to find enough space for his abilities to be effective. That said, he's very fun. Unlike most skylanders, where you have to perform a specific action to get them to speak, (opening a gate, winning a battle, opening a chest, suchlike), Trigger Happy will laugh and chatter for no reason other that that it is fun. He's a horrible, loud, little gremlin, and I can see why he's so loved. Overall: 8/10, Trigger Happy is a solid longranger.
If you want to play as a similar skylander, Trigger Happy is similar to Star Strike (of Swap Force)
If you want to play co-op, Trigger Happy would be fantastic support for a true shortranger, like Bash or Slam Bam (both of Spyro's Adventure)

In the Light in the Dark comic, during the Annual Mabu Meander, Dr. Krankcase attempted to enter the race and win despite being in a clear advantage over the Mabu children. Knight Mare quickly entered the race as well and chased after the villain. Despite his efforts to slow the Dark Trap Master down, Dr. Krankcase was knocked into a tree by Knight Mare, allowing the Mabu to race fairly.
Before the events of Imaginators, Dr. Krankcase was responsible for the creation of Boom Bloom.

In Imaginators, Dr. Krankcase has kept his spider leg spin though with tweaked speed, and his toxic goo can now be shot from two guns much faster; he can also summon robotic hat minions to attack alongside him.
In Skylanders: Battlecast, Dr. Krankcase's abilities are augmented with a mechanic to gradually worsen an enemy's health. His green goo now prevents healing, his Woodstein seeks out weak enemies, and he can create a Smog Machine relic whose intoxicating fumes gradually decrease max health on the enemy side. He can also drop a Barrel o' Laughs on enemies to release a Tech spell's energy as damage. Jawbreaker, also in the card game, has the ability to summon him from a trap Relic, allowing Krankcase to attack enemies for as many ranks they have.
