HE.... doesn't actually have any spider powers whatsoever. Papyrus was already able to do all of those things.
He actually took issue with SpiderSans' work ethic, made himself his own handmade costume and decided to pick up their heroing slack. Inserting himself into SpiderSans' hero business and proclaiming them as Skellybug's sidekick
Despite this he never really actually uses any of these powers to fight villains and is more likely to cheerfully monologue at them while offering a hand to turn their life around.
Also, Papyrus is unable to recognize SpiderSans and his brother as the same person.
Do you think Germany and England would be into cuckolding? I can see them plan a role play where Wales takes Germany away from England and make England watch (and I headcanon that Germany is into CNC, so I usually imagine he wants it to play put like it's by force, at least at first).
Cuckolding usually isn't something for me, but as soon as you said Arthur was watching Dylan and Ludwig fuck, perhaps I like it a bit. In the right circumstances.
Also Arthur and Ludwig are both into CNC so definitely, Ludwig is at first acting like he doesn't like it, trying to "get away" because he's a loyal boyfriend or something like that. But really he loves it, and if he actually wanted to get away, he easily could over power Dylan. And though Dylan grips him firmly and presses him into the mattress, he eases him into it with soft, honey dripped words, because unlike Arthur, Dylan is a soft dom (it's the bad top, good top meme all over again lol).
Alternatively, this set up with Alastair. Because I love ScotGer a lot too. Definitely a rougher scene because he's a bit more willing to be antagonistic towards Arthur compared to Dylan and he's also a lot lest gentle than Dylan as well.
Honestly, Ludwig in general being at the mercy of all the UK bros sounds really nice actually, and I bet he'd enjoy being their personal fuck pet. Good addition to the UK Polycule methinks.

OH MAN I’VE HAD SOME WEIRDASS DREAMS.
here’s my weirdest recent dream. some context: i dorm at my university. we have a rule that if guests aren’t registered to stay overnight, they have to leave the building by 2 am, since that’s when the ra does their last round. so in my dream, my roommate was my qpp (instead of my current roommate, who i actually like, but i digress). and our OTHER qpp was visiting and hanging out and stuff. so the clock hits 2 am and we realize oh, fuck, he has to leave now bc it’s 2 am. so i go to let him out, and we run into the ra on duty.
i explain, “i’m sorry, we know it’s 2 am, he’s going home right now we’re sorry he’s here past 2 (technically).” the ra stares me down and tells me sure, let him out, and then to strip my bed and stuff when i come back because they have to search my room for drugs since i violated the guest policy.
and then they brought a drug sniffing dog into my room and searched it. and they didn’t find any drugs (not that i was expecting them to), but when they left and i started putting my stuff back together, i realized they had stolen half of my belongings.
so that was a very weird dream i had.
