I very much disagree (with him). When your fanbase is like his, any criticism is buried and cut off at the source so it doesn’t reach you no matter what as the fans think they’re “protecting” you
oh yeah the reason why phil and ranboo aren't a big duo is because techno and phil are that half of sbi and most of bootwt doesn't really like them (that's why you'll notice that a lot of peerpressuretwt are techno mains). Also phil and ranboo just don't talk/hang out on stream that much. phil's main content is minecraft and you have to hold a gun to ranboo's head for him to play.
They were a decently big duo in feb/march/april 2021 because of origins smp and dsmp lore. pretty sure their duo name (that's rarely used tbh) is endduo. due to elytras/endermen being from the end

honestly i feel like i could tolerate a phil and ranboo duo era because it means they wouldn't be making content with anyone else

The more theories I’ve seen about wubble, the more apparent it’s been that everyone thinks that because shubble is turning 30, she wants to start “settling down” and “looking for marriage.”
Now idk if that’s based on something she’s actually said but I don’t think I’ve seen any clips/posts backing it up so it just seems like people are assuming this because of her age.
Not everyone strives to get married and settle down. Who knows if marriage is even a thought in shubble’s mind. People don’t tend to assume men her age wanna settle down so why assume it for women.
A lot of the reasons people think wubble won’t work out is based on their own assumptions of what shubble/wilbur want and then is treated as some kind of confirmed fact. Obviously you can try look at their past actions/feelings and extrapolate but you’re still guessing at the end of the day

I know she's said she's a romantic so I won't say she "doesn't seem like the type" for getting married, but I did have the sense that she believes in way more flexibility than that. When I say settling down I mostly mean living a life with regular predictable contact with someone, usually in the same space, with the expectation that the contact will continue, because I’m a robot from the moon /j.
I know a big problem with how this gets talked about is perspective. It’s hard to fully step away from the idea of 30 being an age where you’re locked into a culturally scripted lifepath from both teens and adults depending on the culture. The teenagers and young adults generally don’t have much contact with non-teacher and non-parent adults (I mean just look at what happened to Phil) and then the ones that they are around might back up the exact script they have in mind. I won’t say that it’s pure -ism because depending on the culture it can be strange to not be on at least your first child by 25, but there are people living wild and free well into their 30s.
The gender thing is also interesting as a kind of double-jointed sexism where women are seen as naturally domestic while men need to be reined in and would never want to settle otherwise. As of now I know of way more men who are miserably single compared to women who have a “focusing on myself and my friends and career” thing going on, so it’s actually the other way around right now. Again, no clue where her priorities land.
First and foremost my doubt lies with him. She's not too loving, too cheerful, too anything, it's the way that he operates that has me concerned. I actually don’t read him as detached, honestly I think he's a little suck and a lot of his behaviors point to that even though he can seem aloof at the same time, he starts acting out if he feels like he hasn't gotten enough attention and we've seen him springboard from that feeling to go pester the younger crowd before. I don’t worry that she’s going to be overtly neglected, I worry that she’s going to be drained over time and tasked with modulating his weird moods and actions, which is something I generally don’t see people talking about.
