I noticed I was getting hot and fidgety. I was like, "wow these things is working." Then another few minutes went by and I noticed my heart was racing...fast! I went to acquire some water along with the next thing i knew I was feeling palpitations which I had never felt before and knew it wasn't good. I sat down and started to breath and was trying to not panic.
