"Ted, I swear to god if you do not unlock this door right now I will rip you to shreds." 

She meant the threat no more than she meant that she was going to share the last piece of pizza.  But after a moment, she had the lock picked open, so truly there was no reason why he had to get off the couch.  It was just rude that he didn't, that was all.  Really, though, she should have been used to this response.  Some guys never changed.

"You know, you should be lucky I don't, ah, kick you out.  You kind of deserve it."

She slumped down on the couch next to him and stared through the television deep in thought.  "If it weren't for the court order, I would have stopped going to those sessions a long time ago.  This therapist blows.  Probably literally.  Like, ah, if I had a dick she'd just...I don't know...go at it.  She just seems to be like that kind of girl."  She grabbed a syringe from the table and wasted no time getting it into her system, afterward letting her head rest on the back of the couch.  "You will never guess what she suggested I do, my friend."
