You could be Burger! Actually, I've had that one since about 4-5th grade, and I acquired it because I was super-crazy skinny like the fries at Steak and Shake :)

Okay...

I've decided that the following things need to happen.

I need to start taking better care of myself

I need to work out a health/fitness/eating plan for myself and stick to it

Said plan needs to include sun salutations, because I feel a lot better when I do those regularly

I need to set aside more "God time"

I need to make my schoolwork a larger priority than it is right now

I need to be more regular with my writing, and actually finish at least one Tales of Armageddon book by the end of the school year

Calender year if possibly, but I need to be realistic

I need to keep better track of things I'm doing

I need to find a job

I need to be more aware

I need to be more proactive

AND

I need you guys to hold me accountable to this.

Could some of you do that for me? Just periodically stop in and say "Hi Nancy, are you still following the things on your list?" or something like that? Awesome! I'm going to tag a few of you who I'm pretty sure would, but any of you can. And those of you who pray, your prayers are welcomed as well. Thank you so much everyone.

Owwwww....

My index finger is totally cramped up, and my wrist is screaming, but I have most of the map finished :D !!!!!!

Now all I have to finish is adding houses, buildings, parks, etc. and some coloring, and I'm done!

Also, a huge thank you to Basil and Teddy for their *hugs* and encouragement when I was getting frustrated earlier :) ♥♥♥♥♥ Miss you both.

Come With Me

~note: so you know how I'm always saying I should share some of my writing etc. with you all? Well now I finally am. This is a quick little Loki fic (longer than a drabble, but shorter than a one shot) that's eventually going to go somewhere in the middle of a bigger one. There's not a whole lot that you need to know before it though, so I thought I'd share. Also, Lopti (somelikeitblue) was the inspiration for the character Lila. If you don't know of Lopti, go check her out, she's amazing and I have a major girl crush on her haha. Any way, story is below the break, and enjoy.

Come With Me

Loki stayed in the doorway as Lila went over to silence the mewing kitten. “I do need to ask you for something though, before I leave.”

“And what is that you could possibly want?” Lila asked laughing. “You're a god, for crying out loud! I'm a mortal, and a pretty unimpressive one at that.”

“No, you are impressive. I mean it. You impressed me, didn't you?”

“You still haven't answered me.”

Loki took a deep breath. “Come with me,” he said looking up into her eyes.

“What?” she breathed.

“Come back to Asgard with me.”

“Loki, I...”

“Lila.” He came over to her, his hand softly brushing her hair behind her ear. “You would be a queen. You could have everything you dream of. And more.” He wrapped his arms gently around her waist. “Please.”

“How long have you had feelings for me?” Lila asked, unable to help feeling a touch of amusement at the thought of Loki seeing her that way.

“Well, I think it started when you beat me at chess.” They both laughed at that, effortlessly easing the tension that had occurred between them.

“A queen?”

Loki nodded. “My queen,” he said, placing a brief kiss on her forehead. “Are you saying yes?”

“I don't know yet. I, I need to think.”

“I understand. Take your time. I will wait.”

“Thank you,” she replied, giving a brief hug. He nodded then turned towards the door again. “I'll see you soon."

“I look forward to it, my lady,” he smiled, kissing her hand before he left.

Lila leaned back against the kitchen counter, butterflies the size of pterodactyls fluttering in her chest. A queen. Loki's queen. She laughed to herself, remembering Loki's earlier promise. It was already more than she could ever possibly have dared to dream of. “Alright, think about this logically,” she chided herself. “Are you happy now, will you be happy if you go, and, more importantly, are you/will you be content?”

She thought a moment, looking around her apartment. “Yes to the first, yes to the second, and I still can't tell about that third/fourth.” She sighed. She needed to sleep, she needed to be sharp and fresh in the morning so that she would be able to make a well thought decision. The right decision.
