1. Wake up early everyday. Well as it has been a few party weeks ,it must be difficult for one to wake up early and start the day. Now to change that , make it a point to wake up early no matter how late you go to bed, this will automatically set your body clock in a few days and you'll be an early bird.
2. Think big , and don't listen to people who say you can't do it, prove them wrong.
3. You are your own limitation. The only things you can't do are the ones that you think you cannot do, you can do anything human.
4. Life is too short to think that "I will do it one day" ...just go ahead with that crazy bucket list of yours.
5. YOU CAN DEVELOP ANY BEHAVIOR OR HABIT AT ANY STAGE OF THE LIFE IF YOU THINK IT AS NECESSARY, Healthy habits are a key to success in the long run.
6. Your life is good when you are good , so take care of yourself ,eat healthy, sleep properly, treat other people nicely, etc.
7. Make mistakes along the way, just don't repeat the same mistakes a second time.
8. This new year is a new chapter in your book, write it however you want to. Do what makes you happy.
9. The people who you think pull you down, cut them out of your life , let them judge all they want , it's for your own good. Think about yourself.
10.Show gratitude towards the little things in life, it'll make you feel happy once you start noticing the things others do for you.
