A somewhat all-around source is TG4, the irish language public service broadcaster. Here you can find pretty much anything, from the news to subtitled films and cartoons (which reminds me, Cúla4) to documentaries and tons of other random stuff. You might be needing a vpn though, as some content is usually geolocked.

Other than that, i know they're a little chaotic but if you have time maybe you can try rummage around a bit through my resources and teilifís tags for youtube channels, ig accounts, movies etc.
