You do realize that Texas was fucking part of Mexico? Tejanos didn’t cross the border, it crossed them after a buch of immigrants from the USA moved there & then threw a titty baby fit that Mexico wouldn’t let them have slaves.

We need to deal with our problematic history in order to fight the racism that lead to the El Paso shooter and so many other acts of violence.
