Mexico City is treating Louis like the visiting royalty he is, and Louis is soaking up the love like the proper star (and attention sponge) he also is, repeating over and over how fun it is for him. Jordan and Charlie Lightening are meanwhile lapping up footage of the excited crowds outside the hotel as they scream, sing along to the mariachi band they hired for Louis, do Louis song sing-alongs, and film Jordan and Charlie right back in an endless loop of documentation. The mysterious Brazil show was finally sorted, it was moved to a venue double the size of the original and tickets will finally go on sale in a few days, and Louis confirmed that a Mexico date will be added which for me confirms that places where he has pre tour shows scheduled will have tour dates announced after those shows happen. Mexico also gave us a vintage Pacman machine made to look like a Louis video game, a cute meet and greet, the news that Louis smells like baby powder, and Louis saying yeah, he likes being called little sun (I dare anyone to try calling him little without first giving him the full superstar treatment though, he's just mellowed by all the adoration.)
Harry spoofed his own aversion to social media in an SNL promo spot, fleeing the camera in his stylish white coveralls to create a memeable image for the ages. Another fan decided their parent didn't actually need their job and let us all know that Harry was recently sent a bodice by a "very well known Italian brand" where their dad works and spilled some details about next year's Met theme (which had been announced yes but more detail). Shockingly, they were soon begging that the tweets be taken down from the UAs. To everyone out there thinking of risking their parents' jobs for a fan scoop, you probably shouldn't do that. Unless your parents are real jerks and you aren't dependent on them at least, in which case please, feed us all the details! Anyway back to the point: BODICE. Next year's Met Ball is very far away but Harry's upcoming live appearances are not.... He also won the title of Style Star: I mean OBVIOUSLY. A no brainer even if it wasn't literally his name.
We got pictures and coverage of Liam filming a video on the Isle of Wight (for "his next single, Live Forever" or, as my autocorrect just named it, Luge Fiercer) IN THE OCEAN and jumping on a trampoline shirtless in like 2 degree weather WTFFFF. He said the other day that he was miserable during that shoot UMM YEAH NO SHIT. What the HELL.
Meanwhile, Niall dished about food: his 'absolutely incredible cottage pie' and being excited to get tacos when he arrives in Mexico for Telehits.
