Attempted a cottage pie by a recipe from a friend. Pretty happy with the results!

Very yum, I did play around with flavours for the meat and vegs, to get something to enjoy.

I might make this again in the future.

And of course made gluten free! As long you keep on check what's in your ingredients, like gravy powder and stock cubes, it's a naturally gluten free dish!
