It’s Sunday morning early, about 06:00hr and above you see my #infinitum Speedtest!! There should be at that time and day of the week at least a reduced network-load but as you see - Only TelmexKacka, lot’s of smoke, no fire!!

Hey Carlos Slim, if you have your company screw me over, I mean like repeatably (yeah, go back some time and see what you did to me (and former beneficiaries / employees as I could not “feed” them anymore) and good enough to impact my life a lot. A very lot. So, anyway, if you do the screwing over arrange some kissing first, ‘eh!!

Now this time you charge me extra (899,-peso) to have my line taken with me to new domicile which had prior tenants with the same service as I have contracted with you, however, I can not get it here for whatever reason

Telmex sucks! Unfortunately I have no alternative provider and got to live with that fraudulent provider (in my eyes it is fraud to sell some quantity in a contract, take full money for it yet deliver less as 50%). Telmex takes my money for a Infinitum Negocio contract in full yet does not even provide 50% of the advertised bandwidth.

On a Saturday afternoon where there should be a relative low network-load I still get only 4.3 MBps of the 10MBps the contract states!!

And yes, I reported this situation in! In fact I have 15 (in words fifteen) report numbers since October 2016!! Every-time after 7 days when nobody shows up as promised I call again and spend time with their lie-department listen to some $%^&* crap knowing nothing will be done again... Sad!!
