生だらを茹でて 骨,血合い,皮を取り除き ガーゼに包んだほぐし身を 流水で揉み洗い。
少しの酒と砂糖、食紅は ほんのちょっとだけにして煎ると 完成です。
おとなしめの 押し寿司に仕上がりました!
もう一品 スモークサーモンの手毬ずしも 作って。

Ingredients: 2 cups sushi rice. 1/4 cup rice vinegar. 2 tablespoons sugar. 1 teaspoon salt. Assorted toppings such as sashimi-grade fish, avocado, cucumber, cooked shrimp. Nori seaweed sheets, cut into thin strips for tying.
Instructions: Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. In a small saucepan, heat rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool. Once rice is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl and gently fold in the vinegar mixture until well combined. Let rice cool to room temperature. Prepare your toppings by slicing them into thin strips or bite-sized pieces. To assemble, take a small handful of sushi rice and shape it into a ball. Wrap a strip of nori seaweed around the middle of the rice ball, tying it into a knot to secure. Place your desired topping on top of the rice ball and secure it with another strip of nori if necessary. Repeat with remaining rice and toppings. Serve temari sushi on a platter and enjoy!
