🐮 mischievous and playful ler, stubborn and bratty lee

🐮 will poke and tickle people to get their attention or just cause. Expect surprise tickle attacks

🐮 also can and will use her lasso to round up her ‘victims’

🐮 blows a mean raspberry, and her vacuum can also be used for this purpose

🐮 fave targets are the cup trio, Saltbaker and Captain Bluebell (she may have an especially soft spot for Chalice)

🐮 in her outlaw days she was definitely placed in stocks and passersby were allowed/encouraged to tickle her silly

🐮 goads and taunts her ler like “do your worst, I ain’t even ticklish”, but despite being pretty good at holding it in she’s a filthy liar lol

🐮 especially if you get to her hooves, belly or behind her ears then her tough act just crumbles

🐮 her laugh is LOUD and infectious, all whoops and snorts and moos when you hit a sweet spot

🐮 she also kicks like a bucking bronco so you might wanna tie her up nice and tight, bonus if you use her own lasso against her :3 (she’ll make you pay but it’ll be worth it)

Oooh, I do indeed, nonnie!! 🤩 I’ll just do the main CGs and Spinel for now but I might do other characters another time if there’s any interest~

Steven

⭐️ A goofy and playful switch who loves to laugh and make his friends laugh!

⭐️ Worst spots are his belly, especially around his gem (most gems’...gems are also ticklish, though only to a very light touch), sides and feet

⭐️ Gets into tickle fights with Amethyst and Connie pretty regularly

⭐️ which he usually loses, but he doesn’t mind at all

⭐️ Playfully begs for mercy but doesn’t actually mean it

⭐️ Also a big fan of cheer up tickles, both giving and receiving!

Ruby & Sapphire / Garnet

⭐️ Ruby loves teasing her laughy Sapphy with tickly neck kisses and raspberries~

⭐️ unfortunately she is equally susceptible, and icy fingers tickle even more :3c

⭐️ Their first tickle fight inevitably ended in a heap of giggly cotton candy Garnet, as do all the others the rare times they’re separated long enough to have one

⭐️ Garnet also enjoys giving kisses and raspberries! though in a more motherly way

⭐️ She tickles Steven the most (especially when he was younger), but will also go for Amethyst and Pearl if they’re being bratty or need cheering up

⭐️ “Steven, I have a very important mission. You must defeat...the tickle monster!!”

⭐️ As with all fusions however, she also shares all of Ruby and Sapphire’s ticklish spots~ but the others have to team up to get her (since it’s basically impossible to catch her off guard lol)

⭐️ This has been known to lead to fusion tickle wars with Smoky Quartz and Opal

Amethyst

⭐️ Mischievous ler and lowkey switch

⭐️ Will randomly poke or surprise tickle attack when she’s bored/for the hell of it, her favourite targets being Steven, Pearl and Peridot

⭐️ Laughs along with her lee and is a huge tease like “dude, no WAY, you’re ticklish here too??!! I totally didn’t even know that!!”

⭐️ If she’s feeling really mean, will tie the lee up with her whip and/or shapeshift feathers and other tools

⭐️ Most definitely cannot take what she dishes out, especially being teased and called cute!

⭐️ She’ll “let” Steven win one of their tickle fights every once in a while

Pearl

⭐️ To her slight mortification, actually The Most Ticklish - her feet, legs, neck and underarms are the worst but it’s pretty bad almost everywhere

⭐️ Goes from giggles to squawks, squeals and screeches depending where/how long she’s tickled

⭐️ Also super easily flustered - just grin and wiggle your fingers at her and she’s blushing furiously

⭐️ Has sorta mixed feelings about being tickled bc when Rose/Pink did it she liked the affection but not so much the feeling of losing control

⭐️ But she’s gotten more used to it over the years, after seeing Steven and Amethyst have fun and generally learning to loosen up and have fun / let herself be vulnerable around those she trusts!

⭐️ So she’s unlikely to initiate a tickle fight, but maybe doesn’t mind being dragged into one quite as much as she claims

Peridot

⭐️ Had no idea what tickling was until she saw Steven and Amethyst playing and was initially baffled by the concept (“You kept saying stop...but you were laughing?? What is the purpose of this?”) so they...helpfully demonstrated :3c

⭐️ Her worst spots are her underarms, ribs and knees

⭐️ Cackles uncontrollably and flails around a lot, kicking and yelling various futile threats/insults

⭐️ she doesn’t completely hate it though, which kinda fascinates her and so of course she can’t resist seeing if it works on Lapis too~

⭐️ which, spoiler alert, it does!! but then Lapis figures out how to destroy her lol and quite a lot of their disagreements end in tickle fights after that

⭐️ You also know she’s gonna be creating some wild tickle tools/meepmorps to get her revenge

Lapis

⭐️ also unfamiliar with tickling until she came to Earth and thinks she’s being attacked at first

⭐️ like Pearl, she’s not sure about the aspect of helplessness at first, but she gets into it bc honestly after everything it’s kind of nice just to laugh

⭐️ She still prefers tickling others to being tickled though (mostly Peridot bc she asks for it lol and her laugh is so dorky and infectious)

⭐️ her back, belly and feet are the most ticklish

⭐️ She only lets Peridot and Steven tickle her

Spinel

⭐️ She was literally made to make her new best friend(s) laugh, and what better way~?

⭐️ one of her favourite games with Pink was to hide and surprise tickle attack her

⭐️ Giggles as much as her lee, lots of teasing and baby talk and all the terrible tickle jokes and puns: “what’s so funny??”, “Gee, aren’t you just...tickled pink!!”

⭐️ Payback is double the fun , obviously~ Her sides, underarms and tummy are super ticklish, but she loves it so much she won’t try to get away and happily melts into a giggly puddle

⭐️ Uses her noodle limbs to catch/tie up her lee, but it can easily backfire if she gets tangled up herself, and her arms and legs just miiight be a little more sensitive when they’re doing a heckin s t r e t c h~

⭐️ When she goes back with the other Diamonds she pretty much introduces them to tickling (it’s not a common practice in Homeworld and I feel like Pink probably didn’t play like that with them)

⭐️ ofc they can easily pick her up and wreck her with one finger, and when they’re all cooing over how adorable she is it’s the most loved she’s felt in 6000 years ;w;

Probably Zim bc he’s a drama queen and sulks/is even more of a lil shit than usual rather than admit anything could possibly upset him.

Who takes advantage of the other getting their arms stuck while taking off their shirt?

Zim, with the added bonus that if Dib’s wearing a loose sweater or something he can easily wriggle under it and tickle him mercilessly. serves him right for having the nerve to get so *tall* >:3

How did they discover each other’s ticklishness?

I already wrote a long ass post about this lol, but tl;dr they’re fighting over doomsday device of the week, someone accidentally digs into a sweet spot and gets an unexpected reaction, and the rest is history~

Who can’t take tickle bites?

Zim bc he loves hates pretty much any form of ticklish affection, kisses, nuzzles, raspberries~ Dib is aware of this and takes every opportunity to remind his tiny gremlin bf how adorable he is.

Who has to be tickle-forced out of bed in the morning?

Dib is not a morning person, and Irkens don’t need much sleep so Zim discovers this is a pretty effective method of waking him up~ bonus if he falls out of bed.

Who gives up in a tickle fight?

neither lmao, they’re both waaay too stubborn and tickle wars are Serious Business. They’ll eventually call a truce when they’re rolling on the floor with tears streaming down their faces, but they’ll both claim they were winning and were just taking pity on the other.

Who is in danger of getting hurt when attacking the other?

definitely Dib lol, Zim squirms, kicks, bites and scratches, both accidentally and on purpose. people think the bruises and marks are from *cough* other activities, and he doesn’t know whether the truth is more embarrassing or not.

Who always provokes the other into tickling them and how?

they both do: Dib by holding stuff out of Zim’s reach, Zim by lying down or stretching his feet across Dib’s lap and poking him when he has the audacity to pay attention to something other than Zim.

Omg your headcanons for SU are so good!! If you want to, wonder if you could make some hcs for villains too? (Jasper, "mean" and "nice" lapises, bluebird, or villains from the original show)? ⭐️ Like most homeworld gems, has never been tickled until Steven tries a slightly different tactic as an attempt to show her there’s less violent/painful ways to have fun

⭐️ and it proves surprisingly effective!! :3c her stomach, sides, underarms and thighs are good spots, and soft, gentle tickles actually work best bc it’s so unlike anything she’s felt before

⭐️ her laugh is pure joy, from low raspy snickers to booming belly laughter

⭐️ she’s both outraged and mortified by having such a ridiculous weakness, but she then demands that Steven teaches her this battle technique, which he is only too happy to oblige!

⭐️ after that mass tickle fights happen a lot more often, with Amethyst, Peridot, Connie and Garnet all variously joining in

⭐️ She acts like teasing doesn’t get to her but it totally does and if you get her really good she might even blush~

⭐️ Amethyst is her favourite to tickle fight (sisterly bonding!!) bc she goes as hard and is almost as stubborn as Jasper and if Jasper loses it’s bc tickling is just a cheap tactic to make weak gems stronger!!

Nice & Mean Lapises

⭐️ Mean is a ler, Nice is a switch!

⭐️ Our Lapis is lucky they didn’t know about tickling then or they totally would have wrecked her when they had her in water chains 👀

⭐️ Nice Lapis discovers it when she sees Our Lapis wrecking Peridot, and decides to help Peri out while getting a little revenge~

⭐️ but she turns out to be the most ticklish of the Lapises! her belly/gem is her worst spot, and like our Lapis, she snorts.

⭐️ Mean eventually gets bored without her partner in crime and reluctantly comes to find her; she ends up bonding with Jasper over their dislike of everyone else and they get into some intense tickle fights

⭐️ Both - especially Mean - like using their water powers to hold their lees down, as well as forming extra hands or feathers etc

Bluebird

⭐️ Aquamarine and Eyeball accidentally discover they’re ticklish when a disagreement leads to pokes and pinches that ends in giggles and fusion!

⭐️ Bluebird shares all of their spots - like Eyeball’s sides and Aquamarine’s tummy - but her feet are the worst, which is kinda inconvenient since she has four of them

⭐️ She likes to fly around randomly tickling people to cause havoc (sometimes Mean Lapis joins her)

⭐️ but she usually gets caught by a bigger gem (Garnet, Bismuth, Jasper, any fusion) and tickled into submission/until they separate again

⭐️ squeals, screeches and curses, and is particularly weak to being reminded how tiny and adorable she is~

⭐️ She and Mean Lapis team up on Jasper sometimes

This is a dangerous combination bc Werner is an incredibly shy lee and Cala is a super teasy ler~ it’d probably start off with her being like “oooh, your fur looks so soft, can I stroke it?” , and lowkey Werner’s already a bit flustered bc he’s not used to being cooed over, but the moment he accidentally lets slip a squeak when she brushes his belly it’s game over. Cala just smirks while pretending to be innocent , like “oh sorry, sweetie, did that tickle? What about here? Here too~? Aw, that’s too bad, cause these squeaky giggles are just so adorable I don’t think I wanna stop~” and poor Werner is just absolutely dying, blushing furiously and trying to muffle his squeals (but that just leaves his underarms vulnerable too) and cursing/begging in German, yet strangely not trying *that* hard to get away. He huffs and sulks a bit afterwards but she just giggles and is like “it’s okay sugar, your secret is safe with me~”. if Werner happens to pass by the beach a little more often, it is of course pure coincidence 🧜‍♀️🐀

☕️ A gentle and affectionate ler!

☕️ When Cuphead and Mugman were sippy cups he’d scoop one up in each arm for tickle hugs; now they’re older he can just about manage one at a time, but he’ll still do it if they’re being bratty or in need of cheering up etc.

👽 it starts how you might imagine: they’re wrestling over whatever the evil scheme of the day is, Dib accidentally grabs Zim’s side and he flinches and makes this weird noise like...a sorta strangled squeak??

👽 this is a New Development, so obviously Dib’s like “owo what’s THIS” and does it a few more times to be sure and Zim keeps yelping and jerking like he’s being electrocuted (which he probably thinks he IS at first lol), so...“wait ...you’re ticklish??”

👽and Zim’s all “YOU LIIIE” but he actually has no idea what this feeling is?? tickling isn’t really a thing on Irk and sure he’s probably seen humans doing it but never paid much attention, bc no Irken, let alone the amazing Zim, could possibly have such a ridiculous weakness, right??

👽 w r o n g. Dib just smirks like an asshole like “oh really” and proceeds to wreck his shit.

Oooh I haven’t given him much thought tbh, but I’m sure we can come up with something~

🥃 Has a deep infectious laugh and also hiccups when he laughs really hard

🥃 The troop are all giggly drunks and get into 3-way tickle fights occasionally

🥃 his favourite to tickle and be tickled by is the martini glass (idk if she has a canon/fanon name? I’ve called her Martina in fics I think lol) even though she cheats by using her olive bats
