Today I made a batch of healthy antiinflammatory super soup. This is great to settle upset stomach, build up the immune system, and for reducing inflammation. (All Gluten free & reduced or no sodium) For anyone who wants to give it a try: Bone beef broth, bone chicken broth, (sometimes I add veggie broth as well) pressed garlic, graded ginger, carrots, leek, bok choy, celery, kale, white onion, spinach, water chestnuts, quinoa, milled flaxseed, chia seeds, hemp seeds, rosemary, basil, pepper, & soy sauce. Add and remove what you like. As for me, I chop my veggies small and only use fresh ingredients.
