Tenant Habitability Program
Los Angeles’ Tenant Habitability program was put enacted in 2005. The Tenant Habitability program assists landlords with investing in essential, Primary Renovation Work without subjecting their tenants to uninhabitable housing conditions. It is mandatory for landlords to mitigate these types of temporary conditions in a way that guarantees that tenants can safely remain in their apartments during the duration of the job. The Tenant Habitability Program is a required guideline for all property managers to abide by, CLICK HERE for more information on how Retrofitting360 can help you follow this program!
